Avoid this company like the plague. Low quality bag and gloves for the price, gloves don't register 30% of hits, and they have been charging for 2 plus years after cancellation, constantly disputing their charges. Better options out there. Don't take my word for it, Check their BBB rating and note how they have no reviews in the regular places.
Wow, this is so helpful! Ive always felt awkward shadow boxing because I never know if I'm doing it correctly or not - this will help me out so much! Keep it coming FightCamp!
samee I just wanna do boxing as a hobby and a destressor but idk if i should get a punching bag because i feel so stupid shadow boxing and like i'm 90% sure i'm doing it wrong lmao
shadowboxing always feels awkward at first. Do it in front of a mirror correct ur mistakes until it doesn’t feel awkward anymore (and then keep doing it) if ur just exercising that’s cool but if u wanna get better u should always v focusing on what ur working on footwork breathing speed hand position whatever u need to work on
@@jaz8615when i didn't know how to throw hands it was very akward to shadow box but once you get the basic and learn some combos all that awkwardness goes away cuz you're actually practicing on something I've even done it in public
I always loved watching box with my dad, he passed away a few years ago and depression struck me hard, I lost my shape and got fat, I want to use box to get me back into shape and learn to defend myself or my family in case one day I need it. These workouts look like a great place to start practicing box before going to the boxing gym and getting a coach. I appreciate it a lot, thanks.
You got it bro , I’m going thru the same thing right now tryna get out of being lazy n depressed, been going on runs and working out tryna learn to professionally box now
I have always wanted to be that girl who can defend herself is I need but my family has always thought “boxing isn’t for girls” but I still make it my mission to be able to so I am just starting but I want to bet really good at boxing to the point where I could knock someone out if needed.
@ chaaya As a Dad, I love your comment. Learning how to defend yourself shouldn't be looked at as boy, or girl skill.. It's a life skill that everyone should have. Good job, and keep it up
I've been boxing for about 4 years, rarely going to a gym, mostly taking FightCamp classes and watching RU-vid videos. I've had the opportunity to do mitts with a few good trainers in my area, but still lots of room to learn, especially when it comes to slips and rolls.
I started boxing as a stress reliever from severe trauma, then I actually got interested in the sport and always hope to make it a career, but I keep losing my focus, this video helped me a lot and I'm a step closer to starting my dream
I'm older, 40, but have always had a hunger to learn. I wanted to start with something straight forward. I'm determined to be strong and to see where this fitness/boxing journey will take me 💪💪
i’m a kung fu martial artist who implies muay thai to it but i needed drills to help get into a boxing state and a more comfortable positioning for fighting. this video helped me a lot thank you
I am quite young as I am 14 years old. I embarked my journey with bodybuilding to start with, after doing it for 2 years, brutal amounts of push ups, a 1000 push up day, 45 push ups in a row, 10 CLEAN pull ups in a row, I realized I didn't get that strong. Most men in my class win over me in arm wrestling, would win in fights, weigh more, have martial arts experience, yet I am building my body with no fighting experience. I realized it was all for naught if I couldn't fight at all. Therefore I decided to start learning boxing and Muy thai at some point to work on my kicks, as they are lethal and complement my Zeus shaped calves. Thank you for being a step in my journey. I have visions of fighting someone in the near future, so I am scared and will put everything into learning to fight from this day on. Remember my name, Elisha Von Schedvin for it will be a staple in history.
This is Dope !! during lockdown getting bored fully watched Tysons in ring career got hooked on Boxing, this videa with the pace of words and what to do with the split screen and flow is Perfect !! hoping you do plenty of at home videos in the future :) :)
Thank you for making this video!! I am a newcomer to the world of boxing and i decided I wanted another outlet to keep my mind off of self-destructive tendencies. definitely going to be pushing my mind and my body now.
Honestly I don’t understand how your so underrated brother. Not drug out, and not lacking depth that perfect balance. But most of all actual USEFUL drills well explained.
I've been watch boxing and mma for a very long time. I'd definitely say at least 20 years. In love with jiu jitsu the past 5 years..yet I haven't went or physically learned either..yesterday I decided not to live a later-in-life regret and went to American Top Team gym. They teach boxing and jiu jitsu in that gym...I love it. I'm here watching these videos because I didn't know how difficult it is to just learn the CORRECT way to punch and move. It looks easy when the pros are doing it. I've studied pros. But it is hard to do it as a beginner to the practice. But I love it. Keep up the videos, this is my secret weapon for when I show up improving fast!
I'm a 15 year old girl rn and I have always wanted to do boxing as 13 year old but in my family they said yes to boxing but never let me go to classes. Mary Kom is my inspiration. I'm happy to learn from you.Thankyou!🙌
IM SO HAPPY I FOUND YOUR CHANNEL! 🤍🤍 I’ve been wanting to get into boxing, so freaking bad! For mental health purposes, and so I can learn how to defend myself, if needed!! I’m always by myself w/ my 1 yr old daughter, & I currently just left a 4yr domestic violence relationship, but there’s not gyms in my hometown... UGH! I’m excited. 🤍🤍
Great man. Been doing all sorts of martial arts for over 20 years and love these simple repetitive drills. In the end you need something that you don't need your brain to engage in and is purely muscle/nerve memory.
Nice video, Boxing is a good sport to learn for self-defense and keeping fit it's a real total body sport, and it definitely takes your self-confidence to a higher level. I've really noticed the difference with my beginner students
Thank you man. I’m knew to this. It’s never been apart of my family but I would love to start my own thing. I’m 20 and I’m a very lean bodybuilder so I got a lot of muscle already. I’m just ready for another part of the journey. since I like lifting so much I might like this as well
Thank you for doing this and making it free. I've been watching boxing and other combat sports since I was little. Never thought about learning some basics and making it a part of my exercises. So finding this just made my day better. I appreciate whoever is involved in making this resource public and obtainable easily by just about anyone interested. Much love
only just started boxing. doing this is such hard work but i have to keep it up to become good at the sport. good video and really helpful thank you so much
I'm 39 yrs old. I'm gonna use this to work on my fighting skills until I get a heavy bag. And these drills will never get old even after I get equipment. Thank you! The man with the best movement and hands always wins. Kicks are too slow for opponent to set up if you got good movement and hands.
Brother , I really appreciate your videos , and I am from India I wanna start learn boxing and in India there are no space and opportunities for this kinda sports so I am wondering that I should go somewhere else to make my career so should I go somewhere , I haven't start learning yet !
Same here bro! I am from India too and it's not very easy to do start learning boxing over here, but I feel like I wanna do it. right now I am just doing normal workouts and learning basic boxing stuff.
I'm one year into boxing, have had the first "sparring combat" (german word for sparring with conbat regulations) and I am doing my first fight in april. Watching the video to do correct training. Thanks a lot, very helpful so far🤝❤️
When I was 15 I took a few boxing classes and it was amazing. I’m just now starting to pick it back up again 6 years later and now I’m remembering that burn it feels great
This may sound cliche, but I just started getting into boxing at 30 because I finally saw the Rocky series and started watching Hajime No Ippo. I’ve always loved the idea of two people getting into a ring, beef or no beef, and just seeing who was better. Testing themselves. I guess I’ve watched too much anime lol. But I’ve always held a very high amount of respect for anyone who does combat sports, and I believe you’re never too old to get into a ring and take an ass whooping or dish one out, so long as you both come out with respect at the end.
This here is fire! From the first 2mins, I knew this is the channel that about to help me be a top notch thoroughbred boxer 🥊 Thank you my guy! I’m definitely locked in 🔐
Been thinking about signing up for a gym near me and will definitely practice these in the mirror so I have grasp when I start. Thank you! Will definitely peep the channel
Have decided to boxing training for my mental and physical health and I have just gone through the first drill working out the movements/techniques and goddamn what a workout! haha I should be feeling fit in no time! Thanks for the great tutorial video
Just started boxing. I've wanted to do it for a few weeks, but today is the day I'm actually looking for some online tutorials (I need to work on boxing on my own before my parents are willing to pay for lessons. Which is understandable.) I want to get stronger, and I like the adrenaline rush that comes with this sorta thing.
Im a footballer, recently i got inspired by a person , Ryan Garcia , i loved it , also i liked boxing at some points , i want to give it a whole shot .. thanks for coaching , please continue making more videos.!
@@FightCamp Yessir! A beginner Boxing course of 10 day or as many days you like to that includes begginer boxing , Basics , different types of Punches , workouts for conditioning , Routine And techniques and ect you know more than this Please add what you want to sir!. Looking forward . Thank you
This video is where my boxing journey has just started. I used to do Karate when I was a kid. Been keeping some of the moves calibrated through my life & a few times it got me out of a few sticky situations. I don't want to be in a competition fight but it looks like a fun thing to learn.
Thanks for sharing really helpful... I am new to boxing due to my work I don't have enough time or to schedule the gym time that's why i started at home with the hope that something is better than nothing
I'm not interested in fighting in a ring (I'm 61 years old now) but love the idea of the training so I've subscribed and will be watching your future videos!!!!
I am completely new to boxing learning it because it makes me strong it gives me pain it gives me suffering and also I will get better in it no matter what I am learning it for self defense
Hello my name is chanler, I'm currently 15 years old and recently I have gotten into watching boxing and such, and it took some time and though but I want to achieve the career as a boxer and I'm willing to sacrifice alot to do this and this is a real help as some one who is poor and dosent have equipment.
I remember when my dad tried teaching me to box it was fun and one of the best memories I had with him getting into boxing will be an emotional experience for me I just know
I've always wanted to get into fighting sports, my dad used to teach me and my 2 older sisters self defense once I turned 10 and from there I started getting into learning basic skills in self defense and tactics while also keeping up with good grades in school and helping around the house
34, I took a few classes here and there. Love the idea of boxing. Just to lazy to dedicate time, money, and motivation to do it. Maybe doing this in the mornings, something might change.
my friend used to watch this everyday and it helps him so much for his boxing skills!!! Btw today is his 1st year of death anniversary cuz he tryna protect his girl for the first time by using the things he learned from you but sadly his enemy had a gun so yeppp I can say that your video is really effective but not for guns
