I modded it in such a way that limbs are now edible. It would kinda ruin any normal playthrough but for cannibals it's perfect.

Well... while your hiver likes the tasty of flesh, this is still a cannibal only playthrough. I'm not sure if our bois would accept a hiver.

@@KokoplaysMB Name: Skulth Skull-taker Race: Cannibal Gender: Male Preferred Weapon type: Hackers and Sabers Preferred Armor type: Medium, though has been seen to wear heavy armor when it is required. Backstory: [{~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~}] *A torn journal found upon the floor along with a decapitated corpse of a flotsam ninja, the bottom of the current page is stained in blood along with a trail of it leading back outside. The most recent page is written frantically and legibly only enough to tell of the last exploit, which seemed to have ended with each of those in this group severed entirely of their heads, and most of their flesh as the entry ended in a drawled scribble.* [{~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~}] Skulth was a cannibal who had no real aim other than to take as many skulls as possible, and cleave the flesh from bones of worthy challengers, anyone who he deemed unworthy was cleaved of every bit of flesh they had, and even their own organs. While there was no evidence on many scenes where Skulth had taken skulls of what had happened to the eyes, much of the meat that Skulth had served to the cannibals had a sprinkling of what many could only assume to be the remnants of said eyes that had once lingered in their skulls. He lived on the diet of blood for his thirst and flesh off the skulls he took off his opponents for his hunger, and many assumed he just preferred that due to how sweat gathers there, and how the fear can make the meat more savory when it is specifically taken from there. Through each battle he returned to his tribe with more stories to tell at the fire, and to recollect of the events. Many in the Painted Tribe hailed Skulth as a warrior of true prowess, and some looked up to him in awe. Some had even joined him out on battles and after witnessing first hand how he took the skulls of his foes, it earned respect but also fear. Fear for what Skulth was and what he would be when given time. Now Skulth hears the tales of Jiyu and his group when they had moved South, and now Skulth seeks to take as many skulls of his foes as possible to prove his worth to his ‘Great Hound’ in hopes that Jiyu will take note of his prowess and possibly bestow upon him the honor of being ‘Chosen’. To Skulth, this would mark him as a chosen of the Great Hound. Where he would engrave the true mark of the Great Hound into his own flesh, to commemorate this occasion. [{~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~}] Summary: Skulth seeks to prove himself as far as possible by taking all skulls he could, he had grown an uncanny habit of drinking blood to quench his thirst and also using the flesh off of skulls to even cook some meals that many cannibals enjoyed. Skulth tells the others that the reason it is so savory, and perfect is because of the fear his victims feel upon their death, the sweat that gathered to add that perfectly savory taste to the meat. And thus he was known as Skulth Skull-taker. He was primitive by many means, but he was also quite feared for his skill with a heavy-cleaver. He wanted nothing more than to kill for the Great Hound. To slake his own thirst with blood of his foes. Each day returning to the camp with more skulls, each day returning to the camp with more flesh for the feasts. More stories to tell of his travels into the plains. [{~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~}] **Optional Story bit in the 1st person perspective. Wanted to try my hand at it** As I stepped forth from the Flotsam ninja hut, I stopped outside and began carving the flesh from their corpses first, having needed to eat otherwise I would be returning hungry, but the way I carved their flesh was not the usual way. Normally others carved flesh and let the blood splash to ground. For me I would carve their flesh into a funnel and use their strange objects to store them, I had later been able to figure out how to seal them with these lids, by a day of trial and error. But it did give me notes to not try and shatter them, with how they resisted any attempt of this from my heavy-cleaver or even my bare hands. After carving the flesh from the skulls of those I had slain, I plucked the eyes from their sockets and then crushed them in my hands and stored them within one of the very same containers. I believe the fallen foes called these things 'canisters.’ Whatever that was to mean. I had learned how to use it better after observing from afar one of their interactions, they have strange ways of using these things, why use them to store such useless wrinkled objects, when they could use it to store the crimson that runs in their opponents veins? Or the flesh they could carve off their victims? These questions only plagued my mind further as I wandered the plains with my blade resting upon my shoulder, my tattered shawl pulled tightly around my shoulders and my feet leaving bloody prints in the ground as I moved. But as I was about to near our camp, I saw the Blood Butchers once again attempting an attack. Without further hesitation I charged forth with the skulls of my victims dangling and clacking against each other on my belt. As they fought, I rushed forth and slashed my heavy-cleaver through a blood-butchers neck, watching as his head rolled along the ground and then focusing back to the battle. They were out-numbered and out-matched now, I was only able to take seven skulls that day out of the twenty that I had seen. But from what I heard and what I had seen, the feast that day was something to remember, as everyone ate their fill and more in sweet, savory, bloody meat. And the blood that was left over from the corpses I used for my own means as I drank my own fill of it, many of the others gave me stares as I did this. But I ignored it, I questioned not of my gift on surviving off such a bountiful nectar. But I wholeheartedly embraced the tangy metallic taste of their blood. Though as the stories started I was left to the last as more tales of Jiyu had come forth, ‘Jee-yoo’ I echoed quietly as the stories were told. Hearing the tales of his deeds, it only re-doubled my resolve to take as many skulls as possible before he returned, so I can show the skulls I have taken as a warrior, and perhaps he would take note of my skills. But who knows, only time would tell and only the Great Hound would be able to divine my next path in this life, as the Great Hound granted me this gift of the Blood Lust. The throbbing pain of my head came again, another spasm of numbed pain! This meant that the Great Hound had noticed my plight! Only time would tell as my arms and head twitch, my right arm moved behind me flexing in a clawed motion before returning to normal again as I quietly growled. It was well into the day as I noticed I was so far into my mind, into my thoughts of my bloodlust that time had passed quite fast. I needed to rest. For this evening, I would hunt from the evening until the dawn to take as many skulls as I could. To fell many foes and slake my thirst in blood for the days to come, I had to be in best form for when Jiyu returned. {{*Sorry for making this so long. I wanted to try my hand at a first person perspective story bit. Hope you enjoyed!*}}

@@KokoplaysMB indeed ^_^ hope Shukoku makes it in some time though I'm in flex as to what to really optimize them with as I'm seeing all kinds of things I like, especially with all the mods you have giving so many other options. The desert sabre is my current favorite weapon in the vanilla game so far in my current playthrough. I'm currently playing a mostly vanilla game right now. just a couple mods like one that shows territory lines and names of areas on the map and my own custom mod that adds a Hybrid Thief/Traders backpack. Kind of mixing the lack of penalties to the backpack, like the thieves backpack but the stack ability of the traders/wooden backpack. It looks more like the brown large backpack, until you equip it to "Infinite Wingwang" a greenlander from Mongrel who first ask for 100,000 cats to recruit him but settles for 5,000 instead if you bargain down. I don't know WHY he is the only one that changes the color of the backpack but it changes from the typical brown to black and I like the black so I equip him with a backpack from each of my characters it turns black and stays black when I give it back to the original wearer so I did this with all of my backpacks. It worked with all the brown ones so far I tried with the wooden backpack but it didn't change the wooden backpack color to black unfortunately but it worked with all my brown Hybrid backpacks so that's cool. they give a killer 97% weight reduction has a stack twice that of the traders wooden backpack and has the square size of the Huge backpack and the icon of the large backpack. it also gets rid of all penalties to stealth and combat and even gives a +2 defense bonus just because I could and I figured if you have a backpack on and someone hits you from behind it wouldn't hurt as much. That was my reasoning anyway lol. I know it boost all defense not just for attacks from behind though I would make that change if possible but there is no back protection so... well yeah. I always start of training martial arts with all my characters because 1 it looks cooler than other combat and 2 if I ever find myself in a situation where somehow I lose my weapons and or armor I can fight just as good if not better than if I had my armor but I try to do both martial arts/dodge and armor/weapons. the fact there are so many more armor types that boost martial arts and weapons you can equip to boost martial arts with all those mods I would probably settle with straight up martial arts but I'm still a fan of the Desert Sabre as far as vanilla weapons go and a dustcoat or ninja rags. I might bake a mod that combines the benefits of both ninja rags and dustcoat into 1 armor using the longsleeve Longcoat as a base and have it change color based on faction color and have the benifits of all 3 of those armors combined. it might be overpowered but I'll try it out and give it a test run. maybe make a super powerful AI unique with like super high stats higher than the player can actually get something like the southern hive King or maybe even simply add it to the southern hive kings corps if you kill it sort of like he ate someone wearing this armor and it didn't digest and sat in his tummy waiting for someone to cut it out if the armor proves to be too OP might make a custom weapon to go with it too I don't know. I wish I knew how to make custom models and stuff rather than altering existing content but I'll work within my capabilities.

A weaponsmith is always welcome, especially amongst the cannibals.

You can get mods like Recruit Prisoners where you have a chance to recruit a cannibal once you put him into a prisoner cage. For this playthrough I modded the game with a new start and made it so I can talk to cannibals to join my squad.

Just go out there and see what happens. Get attached to your characters and watch them grow from a starving peasant to a master swordsman, cry for those lost on the way and celebrate victories won by the skin of your teeth. Or don't, RP is very personal, just play around and see what fits you.

The story tells itself, and your starting situation can really set the tone of a Story. Are you an escaped slave, who vows to get revenge? Did you start with a dog on the brink of starvation and have to fight to survive? If so what are you characters dreams? Motivations? What makes you interact with the world. How, do you interact with the world? Are you a Noble "Paladin" type, who follows the law, and what is right. Are you Neutral? Willing to commit crimes, if they benefit you, but keeping it rather harmless (theft, lockpicking etc) or are you Evil? Do you care how you treat others or are they objects just in the way, or pawns to be used to achieve your own goals. Your characters morals and code of ethics also very heavily change the way you will experience your story. A Heartless murderer may just butcher every body and take advantage of every situation, where as a more empathetic one will try to help, even if it puts them at risk. Are you brave, or Cowardly? Are you afraid to lose your main character? Well you may find yourself running more often, leaving people to die so you can live, or are you brave and heroic, willing to potentially risk your life and limb to save your friends. These two simple things also change the story. It could potentially open up new stories, like how did you get that Mechanical arm. Did you lose an arm in heroic combat, and have to venture to a new land to find that impressive Bionic arm? Or did you run away, and lose an arm in the process, and manage to just scramble together a Welfare arm from the closest shop. Your main characters interactions with your party members will also change how they interact with each other. The more willing you are to risk yourself for others, the more likely you'll have close bonds. Where as if its your main character is most important, you will be less likely to be attached to other party members, willing to risk their lives to save your own. Their own heroic sacrifices being worthy of song, or how you betrayed them and left them for dead. How do the other party members feel about the actions you take on the world? The in game events help too, perhaps you are seiged by the Swamp ninjas and you start a feud with them. Making your goal to one day destroy them. The best way to interact with the game is to Make a character template, similar to a DnD style -- Moral Good, Neutral Chaotic, Lawful Evil, whatever combination, and then allow your interactions to go based on the in game events that happen. Let the events help you write the story for yourself. Perhaps you get wounded and a random traveller saves you, so you end up also helping and rescuing people you meet on your travels. Maybe a Shek Slaver attacks you and enslaves someone so you find yourself hating Slavers, and their allies, or perhaps becoming more cruel and capturing or killing Slavers as Vengence.

It's cannibals only my friend, no hivers allowed in the club.

I will definitely host another tournament, but not sure how soon. I had a lot of fun with it as well so expect to see it!
