after few months of usage, the machine motor oil leaks through the ata making box causing a huge health risk. After sometime, the kneading screw gets loose and starts to leak through the bottom. There are no replacement parts available to buy.

We had purchased a Kent water softener 1.5 years back... It stopped working in 4-5 months... Since then we are in connection with the service team... Ur service team is not able to diagnose problems... Very pathetic service... It's a waste of money... If u people don't have staff thn stop selling machines and stop making frauds Very pathetic

Faulty design and terrible service. We bought one but it kept on breaking down. Even after all the faults they won't replace with a new one and a refund is totally out of the question. Experience was so bad that I won't buy anything else from this so called brand.
