Great upload YardBrah~! I'm about to do my 2nd season of Barenburg RPR on my front lawn , going to scalp , aerate, power rake , scarify , sand , level , seed , rake , roll, pre-emergent , peat moss spreader , fertilize, and give that sweet hydration, wait for germination, and start reel mowing like a cool kid. Last season i did compost and manure to get a nutrient rich base... so this season... is the season of FLATNESS!

Did you overseed in the spring? I just started learning about lawn care very recently, and jumped headfirst into scarifying and overseeding last weekend... Then I learned everyone says to wait till fall. Hoping it does okay. I live in Oregon and we should still have plenty of rain before the summer heats gets here. I used the same seed as you, Barenbrug turf blue pro with yellow jacket.

Well initially i cut it to 2.5” at 18 days after overseed…then at 20 days 1 1/4” , next day 1” then 3/4” … 18 to 20 days after overseed is the time to train the grass to either be cut short or tall, my goal when cutting short after an overseed is to start seeing that lateral growth, once you see that you know it’s going down 😂😊🤙🏾🙏🏾🔥🔥🔥

How fast is the self propelled ..??? I only have about 1k sq ft and a lot of starts n stops … so I was looking at the Hudson Star … pricey for a manual …..
