Taiba is still Bob's in my heart and he is such a smooth, clean mover like his daddy GR. I will root for Zandon while hoping Simplification might just close and I will expect Epicenter and White Abarrio Cyberknife. Cruising speed AND stamina baby!! Florent Goreox is hungry this year too. Un Ojo is quite a story. Post parade will be special and I can't wait. 🌹RIP MIDNIGHT BOURBAN. My Boy u were beautiful🤠💔
Over 30 drug violations and 76 Dead Horses! He should have been ruled off for life. His BS lemmings need to consider the affect drugs have on Horses. I’ve worked for and know Horsemen who have trained 40 60 years not one drug violation.
According to a few people a 90 day suspension is just enough for his career to go downwards but he's Bob Baffert and has many connections to many horsemen so I guess we'll see what happens
Well to be honest the number of horses that have died in Baffert's care is actually over 90 now. He was at exactly 80 deaths as of 2017, and he's had over a dozen more deaths since then. A good exercise is to take a look at the number of doping violations he's had per starter and the number of horse deaths in his care, and compare them to say a guy like Hollendorfer who the CHRB had no issues with coming down hard on. Hollendorfer's doping violations rate is less than 1/3 of Baffert's per starter, and he has not had anywhere near 90+ horses die in his care even though he has run more than three times as many horses as Baffert. It goes to show you the complete corruption of the California HRB and how they have essentially provided cover for career cheat Baffert for 2+ decades because he's been deemed "too big to fail" by them. Over just the past decade 3 different CHRB board members have refused to recuse themselves from doping violation cases/investigations that involved Baffert and each of those 3 were simultaneously part of ownership groups that had horses in training being trained by Baffert when they participated in CHRB votes that were favorable to Baffert in those doping cases. They are as corrupt an org as any criminal enterprise you will ever see on a Soprano's show. In 2011, when the CHRB was "investigating" Baffert's barn for 7 unexplained horse deaths in a 12 month period one of the things they discovered during the investigation was that Baffert had ordered his doping vet to put 100% of his stabled horses on a thyroid accelerant regimen. The drug is called by the common name Levothyroxine. It's a drug often administered to overweight horses to help them cut weight, and for horses with diagnosed hypothyroid issues. Baffert was using it illegally in an attempt to keep all his horses excessively trim with the hopes leaner horses would run faster. There is literally no good or accepted medical reason to administer it to healthy horses with normal thyroid function that are not excessively overweight. When the CHRB investigators asked Baffert and his vet to provide blood test results for the horses showing that they had hypothyroid conditions or conditions of being overweight that would warrant such thyroid accelerant treatments both Baffert and the doping vet admitted that no such tests had ever been administered and no such horses had an obvious overweight problem. The CHRB decided not to punish Baffert, and their laughable press release excuse for not punishing him was that since the vet had signed off on all the thyroid accelerant administration slips Baffert had "technically" not done anything wrong (which of course is a lie!). Both Baffert and that criminal vet should have both been permanently banned from the sport the moment it was discovered those accelerants had been administered to every horse in his stable for no logical true medical need or reason, but the CHRB is so corrupt they swept it all under the rug just the same as they have done with his dozens of other med violations of the years. Levothyroxine is actually dangerous to administer to horses that are neither overweight nor have a hypothyroid issue. But that was not of concern to career doper Baffert nor his doping vet.
@@rcg9573 *Show me the documentation that proves all of that crap you wrote. Why are you on RU-vid ranting hate and spewing crap without citing any facts? The only thing that is true is that Bob Baffert trains more horses than any other trainer. He called D. Wayne Lukas and told him he thought Secret Oath was a spectacular moving horse BEFORE the Kentucky Oaks. If you don't believe me, then go and watch D. Wayne Lukas' press conference for the win of the Kentucky Oaks. Winstar farms has a horse called Life Is Good. He was being trained by Bob Baffert, but Winstar stabbed Bob in the back and gave the horse to Todd Pletcher for the Dubai World Cup. Bob Baffert trained Country Grammer. Guess who won the Dubai World Cup? These are facts that you can see for yourself and just not fairytales. You won't bother to mention what Bob Baffert has done for Old Friends Equine or New Vocations Equine. You are so narrow minded that you can see through a keyhole with both eyes.*
I can't count out Charge It. He's learning how to run, and I think he's got the hang of it. The son of Tapit and I'll Take Charge.(winning MDSW daughter of Take Charge Lady, half sister to Will Take Charge) Trained by Pletcher. Can't count him out, he may upset the whole apple cart. Good Luck and Safe trip to all the athletes and their connections. May they all return to their stall to a good meal and a hefty well earned rub down, and live to fight another day.
Like I said, but evidently went unheard, pay attention to horses coming from the land of the rising sun. Japan is making its mark on international horse racing.
@@winstonfowling3124 Does not matter idiot! That drug contains corticosteroids and being such even a cream used excessively near race date can give a horse an advantage of faster recovery from works and races. FACT! That's why it is banned on race day. FACT! And FYI idiot, if you had actually bothered to look at the amount they detected in the horses' system given that the sample size tested is a single drop there is no way that horse got that much in its system from a topical cream. FACT! But you keep your head buried in the sand and keep believing Bobby's myriad of lies and ever changing stories regarding his continuing doping violations. There is no cure for your type of stupid and gullibility. None. :-)
Tiz The Bomb, for me, is a turf horse. Won in the synthetic racetrack and only won in dirt once in Ellis Park. Let's see him in the Kentucky Derby. I hope he will run a nice race because I like so much Kenny McPeek.
Go bet him. He was on the SA vets list after his maiden win prior to the SA Derby, and now he's going to enter the Derby with only a single breeze between the SA Derby (4/9/22) and next Saturday's race (5/7/22). If you think that super light schedule is out of choice you're delusional. It's super light because the horse is not 100% and they know it, yet Yakteen/Baffert/Zedan are still gonna run him in the Derby. Don't be surprised if he gets pulled up. :-)
With Baffert finally OUT for another year at least everyone who follows horse racing will know for a fact that the Derby winner will not have been drugged in order to win the race. Finally after failing over 29 drug tests on thoroughbreds trained by Baffert his past finally caught up to him. Baffert drugged a horse in order to win the Kentucky Derby. How disgusting and utterly disgraceful is that. He has gotten away with a lot over the years and I am so glad this cheater is gone for another year. He has no morals at all. After getting Medina Spirit back to train, this beautiful horse died. Epicenter, Zandon or Mo Donegal are my picks for derby and they won't need to be drugged to win the Kentucky Derby.
Well what am see is the fact that the horse media spirit after being caught with a certain drug he finish 2nd in Belmont I believe or the breeders cup.i don't remember also charlatan other buffer horse finish second in the saudi cup also other of his horses won the 12 million saubi cup this year and finished second on the 20 millions dubai cup I believe so I guess his horses are just good just Medina spirit was tested positive but the others not
Go smoke a grande kielbasa. Douche bag. 🏇Off your picks, Zandon has a shot. The goodother trainers have the Derby curse. Doesn’t take someone one drugs to see that. 29 failures over 35 years and none of the showed any high levels of performance enhancing drugs. You wanna bash Baffert fine. Just give us an accurate breakdown of all the trainers in the Derby and give us their history records of violations and than it would be fair. List all horses and all there results especially for the Derby. I don’t want to know about one violation give us the results on all the horses and trainers and vets. Since Bobs not in. Shut Up.
Here’s hoping Bob Baffert-trained horses win as did Medina Spirit. The best horse is the one which crosses the finish line first. Shame on the racing commission bureaucrats for taking away a title
Are you for real. The damage Baffert has done to horse racing must not go unchecked. It disgraceful that it took as long as it did to disqualify the horse. Cheating cant become the norm. It's the trainers responsibility to look after the horse and whatever medication is given . No Excuses
Horse racing is not just for the trainers and owners. The public love the game to. Hundreds and thousands of dollars wagered on the outcome. The result on the day was wrong and it took over a year for the horse to be disqualified . People lost money and the integrity of the sport questioned. Again I will say trainers responsibility to make sure rules are not broken
@@leighwelch2578 I agree with you on that if a trainer uses performance enhancers on his horses but with Medina Spirit it was not a performance enhancer
