Welcome to Kentucky Fried Trails 2024, an event organized by Tri State Overland! This time the rigs and crew take on the rocks, ruts, v notches, and waterfalls of this rural Kentucky road. Join us as a variety of vehicles take on this challenging trail and it's myriad of obstacles.
*I initially listed this as a segment of the Daniel Boone Backcountry Byway, but it is not. It is in the same geographical region, but not part of the official DBBB. Thank you to the person who inquired so we could correct that. This trail is, however, one of those rare, less traveled local gems that we choose not to specifically identify. As small as this channel is, we still take seriously our responsibility not to flood places like this with overuse. But this adventure is out there, just waiting to be discovered.
**We also need to make a correction as to the 80s series Toyota landcruiser. Bill is right at least 90 percent of the time as to vehicles (maybe even 99%), but every now and then we learn something new. This vehicle is actually a JDM model which is a Japanese spec right hand drive.
