KENWOOD TS 440 DREADED DOTS PART 4 

I have a ts940 that is having issues with the dots. Im not much of a technician but I think the biggest problem im having is the piss poor instructions in the alignment procedure

Are you sure that C21 isn't shorted and passing DC to ground? 73 from K9POW in eastern Tennessee.

I'm not sure why you didn't check D-10 since you indicated that B+ was good on the Anode side to the other TC's
