Thanks for the upload mate. There aren't too many videos without music and other stuff. This is just the engine singing; just what many of us want. Thanks once again!!!
Beautiful Sound!! Not only that but look at that beautiful gap he’s leaving in between the car and his truck, now that’s a professional truck driver, much respect!
I had 2 Kenworth's W 900 the first one was a '81 W 900A and then I had a '90 W 900L with a big CAT under the hood with twin turbos 18 speed double overdrive and twin 7 inch straight pipes and that baby would talk to you no matter what you were doing, it was beautiful music to my ears
How in the hell could people ever get tired of listening to that beautiful sound??? I could listen to that all day until the day i die....ill just need a life time supply of towels....
The best way to answer you question, is: WHEN YOURE TRYING TO SLEEP IN YOUR SLEEPER BERTH, AT 3am, AT THE TRUCK STOP!! That's when Billy Big Rig usually comes thru, bright head lights on, 9in straight stacks blast jake brakes between gears, while driving thru the parking lot looking for a pull thru so he won't have to learn to back up! They usually have a linear so big, that they come thru on my CB even when it's turned off!
The good ol Cat.3406 (and the Cat C15 *Preacert* ) the best engines ever made. Loads of power and torque. And a one of a kind turbosound! Yeah the turbo is loud but the engine is big soo that's what's trucking is all about! Thanks for this vid!
Oh You know I do but I am a little biased the 2 trucks I owned during my 18 years had big CATS straight pipes and a 3 stage Jake that with it on the highest setting sounded like it was coing to rip th kitty off the mounts I had 18 years that I would not trade for anything God I should have never quit when my daughter was born because she said 4 years ago it did not mean a thing to her that I quit so I could watch her grow up I could have 34 years in by now and probably would still be trucking
I got a buddy that is half deaf, he says you'll have to speak up, I've had a lot of turbos and women screaming in my ears for a long time. he been trucking for 40+ years. run CATS his whole life. rock on man.
I live next to U S. Highway 20 and always smile when I hear someone Jaking it! I drove a Volvo with a 430 Detroit, Jake and cruise control, Heaven between Cincinnati and Louisville!
Maaaan my 3406e almost sounds as sweet. I love it when that growl runs up the pipes and pours out the tips of the stacks when the big cat is pulling . I think I'm alittle moist....lmao
I'm about to get out of the military, I haven't herd a good sounding kitty kat like this sence my uncle passed away he had a 1996 T600 with a 750 ph 3406E. I leally miss that sound!
❤️❤️❤️💯💯💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️❤️ now I gotta go change my underwear. You had her sanging an screaming. Thank you soul moved an heart skipped a beat. Perfect just perfect
+LLoyd Nielsen my dad drove for well over 40years and he loved cats. i rode in his 94 witch had a 4 and a quarter cat witch moved then he sold it, and bought a 96 w900l with a 550 and it really moved with a 18 speed at 80,000lbs it moved felt like nothing was even behind it!
What really gives you the chills is when you have a heavier load, and you step out to pass that big talking Peterbilt, with the motor that's still green, and not ready to be picked! He's talkin about getting his 78,000 lbs on up that hill, as he shoots around you at 15mph over the speed limit, and getting back in front of you cause he don't like your Big Ole K-whopper being up front! Then he gets real quiet as you get around him, and slip right back in front, with your excess of 80,000 (not admitting to any crime here) lbs!!
I love this pod the truck sounds great the about it at 16.5 I had a California chauffeur to drive dads old kenworth with 200 cumins when I retired after 37 years as steamfitter I went to school and got a class c.d.l with all endorsements and I was amazed.
This Kenworth with that 3406E Loud Kitty Cat, and jakes is totally awesome, and the video also is super 501Kdub. Can you do some more of these great videos with your Kenworth with that 3406E and Loud Block Kitty Cat jaking? It is a 10+ to me.
man my ol man has a freightliner xl classic and she sounds the same way and I have a Detroit and they sound mean and pul hard nice sounding truck man nice loud turbo and jake is awsome
You might have enjoyed the sisters, I-80 in Wyoming!! A real sight in the sunshine. Three, long, straight, "hills"! You can see the road in both directions, for miles, and miles! No need to worry about brakes, slowing down, or any of that worrisome company rules crap!! Just let her roll! The Bears weren't fond of that sort of thing, tho!
Love the truck I also love the sound of those older trucks straight piped my dad has a 97 flat top 525 cummins 18 speed he would be fully loaded go up what is Ohioans call wheeling hill in Ohio drop it 2-3 gears at most so b in 15th-16th gear never loose a mile per hour just a power house and good truck I mess it so munch hope to get it back someday
