KENYAN BOYS CHOIR: VOICES OF ANGELS 

My plan was to aimlessly and unhurriedly while away my Sunday ambling my way through the Nairobi Arboretum.
Breathing in the essence of the lush and mature foliage and watching monkeys scamper about was the makings of a perfect day! But then I heard the voices of angels.
It was hard to imagine this day besting itself but as I followed the melodic and dulcet tones through the vast acreage, I came upon the Kenyan Boys Choir and I stood transfixed.
I learned that I stumbled into a choir practice. The group is singing a song called “Kayra Silo” from one of their albums entitled, “Spirit of Africa.” Benin is the country of origin of the song, and the language is West African.
Please be sure to watch this video through to its end. If the start of their singing is moving, the end is something indescribable-it’s kind of spiritual!
I love that a group of young men are committed to such a worthy cause and are putting such good out into the world. Their voices are a priceless gift. Enjoy!
