I wish that Shonda would do a comeback for Liv and Fitz. She can call it "Coupled". A decade later. It would pick up with Liv as President and Fitz would have become head of Command. Let them have 1 or 2 children. Shonda, PLEASE!

Fun fact, Shonda actually wanted Scott Foley to originally play Fitz, the network wanted Tony. All in all i ended up great. Tony was a perfect fit for Fitz (HA pun) and Scott was great as Jake. Love the whole cast, love the show. Am hoping for a spin-off.
That's not true. 😂 Shonda invited Tony to play Fitz when he was directing Greys Anatomy. Tony wasn't even at the casting. Scott was supposed to play Stephen, but ABС refused Shonda's request. Scott left Anatomy hoping to get the role of Stephen, but was left without a job. I think later Shonda's conscience played a role and she invited him to play Jake. Jake was not supposed to be on the show for a long time, the channel had already insisted on his further participation... Shonda had always preferred Tony. At events, Tony is always there to support her, or to give her awards, or to make a speech about her. Scandal is the best show I ever seen... and all roads lead to Fitz!!! ❤️
@@KatrinaBill Sorry the replies in the comments section when Scott spoke about how he got the gig (in part 2 of the reunion) stated that Scott read for Fitz. I didn't state anything against Tony's support of SR.
@@nicolarose8026 I never heard from Shonda or the network that Scott was supposed to play Fitz. Stephen yes... but Fitz?! Maybe Scott dreamed of it... Jjjaja Shonda has said in all of her interviews that she originally wanted Tony. She personally called him with this offer. I also remember an interview with Betsy Beers where she said that they had to fight for him to agree to participate in Scandal, and not in a new show with Debbie Allen on Abc. For them, he was the perfect president. But I'm glad that Scott was not a Stephen.... Jake is good for him, although I'd rather see another actor playing Jake. I like more actor who plays Curtis. :)
@@KatrinaBill Scott Foley is a talented actor and pretty decent guy, so laughing at him as a person...kinda rude. Scott did not state he read for Fitz. The commentators on the feed of the video did.
I think that if there was another show with this exact amazing cast it should be about all the kids they had in school. The politics of middle school mixed with high school of the kids who would have had to go through and live in the shadows of all these high profile people and group of assassins and fixers and now parents trying to live "normal" lives but school politics and parental control and new scandals from the children who have no idea who their parents once were.
Quinn and Charlie could've had 3 kids, Abby could've gotten pregnant with David Rosen's kids as in twins. Olivia and Fitz may have one of their own. Then there Fitz's other children with Mellie. You got Ella from Cyrus, and even Huck's child Javi, Harrison could've even had a child that he was unaware of and never told about. Liz North even had a daughter. This whole group of people could give birth to a whole new generation of GLADIATORS, which would be the prep school mascot to where they're all striving to go. So they can be gladiators in suits.
And even Sally Langston's daughter could be the Dean of one of the high schools or prep school. Jake may have had a child with Elise which is why she actually ran and end up being a private tutor who starts putting all the pieces together because these kids may be spread through 3 different schools but all striving for the same power grab.
I loved their reunion but Kerry' s answer about the kiss is always annoying... professional bla bla... everyone there were like yeah yeah what ever... anyways their chemistry still is there.
I practically block my ears whenever she's asked about her scenes with Tony cos I know she'll say something stupid and annoying She's always explaining herself Maybe her husband is jealous
@@nengialagoa7133 but what did you expect her to say? that she liked it? while she's married with kids and he is married with kids? they both have to keep it professional either way. if she admits to liking it even one bit, there would be scandals and allegations of her being with him. Do you know the damage that could cause to either of their relationships? they are acting for the pleasure of entertainment its a job and frankly, except if they want to, they can't just admit to it like that at the expense of their relationships. that's not fair
