Milk
Ginger
Cardamom
Kesar (saffron)
Tea Leaf
Sugar
Tea Masala
Recipe for 2 Cups of Tea:
Take 2 Cups of Water in a Pan and heat. When water stars boiling add Crushed Ginger &
Cardamom and continue to boil. After 2 minutes of boiling add 1/2 Cup of Milk and
continue boiling. Always add Milk before adding Tea leaf and Sugar. Soak 6-7 Strands of
Kesar (Saffron) in small quantity of water.
Now add 1 Tsp Tea Leaf and 2 Tsp Sugar. Add Soaked Kesar and water and continue to
heat. Add Tea Masala.
Kesar (Saffron) Tea is ready now. Strain in Cup and Garnish it with Kesar (Saffron).
