Keto and Carnivore Trail Mix Recipe

Let's cook something delicious! Here's a keto trail mix recipe that you can make a carnivore version of too. Quick and easy snack that everyone will love. Recipe for Keto/Carnivore Trail Mix:
1 c chicharrones, cut into bite sized pieces
1/4 c pecans, raw
1/4 c unsweetened coconut flake
1/4 c pili nuts, raw
1/4 c macadamia nuts, raw
1 TBSP grass fed beef tallow, melted
2 TBSP WholesomeYum Keto Honey or Lakanto Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp allulose OR monk fruit erythritol blend
1/8 tsp Redmond Real Salt
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl until well-coated. Spread out onto greased parchment lined cookie sheet or sil pat. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven when caramelized and separate pieces to cool. Store airtight and enjoy!
Carnivore Version:
2 oz by weight or about 4 cups of chicharrones, cut into bite sized pieces
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp Redmond Real Salt
2 TBSP Wholesome Yum Honey or Lakanto Maple Syrup
Mix and bake as above recipe indicates.
