I totally agree! They do all the talking and trying to lengthen the video to reach 8 minutes or more for the mid roll adds and more viewing minutes even though the recipe itself would only take 2 mins to demonstrate it properly. Quite greedy IMO.🙄

I'm Vegan keto so converted it to vegan 1. Replace eggs with flax eggs [1 egg = 1 tablespoon flax meal plus 3 tablespoons warm water] 2. Instead of butter use extra virgin coconut oil 3. Instead of greek yoghurt use coconut yoghurt Delicious and this adds a bit more fibre with the flax ... you can also use ground chia seeds instead of flax. After I used powdered erytritrol with some shredded lemon peel to make into icing. Perfect! Thank you for very easy to follow recipe! 🤩😇

I'm not keto myself but my parents are and I like to bake. I made two of these yesterday and the second one is almost gone. I need to make another one to tide my parents through the rest of the week.
I just made it this morning. Instead of a loaf pan, I used a 9x9 pan so it was easier to cut into 12 squares. It was DELICIOUS!!! One suggestion: Please make videos where you actually talk through the recipe. Some people who are novice cooks/bakers may benefit from various tips or tricks. You don't have to taste it in the end (I agree with others that how "great" something tastes is subjective), but even as an experienced baker after 45 years, there are some videos that I ALWAYS learn a new tip. Thanks for the great recipe.
IF YOU ARE STILL DEBATING ABOUT TRYING THIS RECIPE, DON'T THINK- DO IT! I just made this recipe tonight. Let me tell you... that it is not dry; it holds its shape very well; and it is not too sweet. I followed the video to the T, except that I added a tablespoon of vanilla extract (only because the brand i have is not strong), zest from a lemon, little bit of lemon juice, a little apple pie and ginger powder, IT TURNED OUT AMAZING! Even my non-keto family members, stated that it is the best! ⚠️ Warning ⚠️ It is HARD to eat one serving. Thank you!! New Subscriber!

Made a couple of blueberry cake for the last year that I’ve been on keto but this is the easiest blueberry cake and yet so delicious! Not kidding, so delicious and moist. Not too sweet and the texture is superb. This is my ultimate favorite even my non keto kids loves it. Thank you!

Made it! Split the batter in half for dark chocolate chip cakes & berry cakes in Nordic mini bundt Brilliance pans and baked for 22 min. Used Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener and greek yogurt. Great texture & taste. Needs a little more vanilla & sweetness. Def a keeper!!

Thank you, Ketoserts, for your ideal recipe. Just baked it. The Cake is heavenly delish! I replaced butter with Ghee, and reduced amount of sweetener twice. Also I made topping cream cheese mixed with heavy cream. The best desert ever!
Made this tonight. Was delicious. Subbed out sour cream for yogurt and used salted butter. Also had to cook it for a bit longer than the recipe called for.
Don't care for almond flour. Can I substitute with a combo of coconut flour and/or vital wheat gluten or oat fiber or maybe even part of it with AP flour? Not on keto. Just trying to cut down on carbs & sugar. Thanks in advance.
There are no blueberries where I live, so I made this with cherries instead. It came out very nice, I had to cook it an extra 20 minutes than stated, maybe because I used a glass pan. At any rate, this is a terrific and easy recipe and the cake is delicious. Next time I will use a little more sweetener, but for the first attempt at this I am not complaining. I am on keto and having a *real* dessert cake. You could serve this ANYWHERE and no one would know that it was keto.
I just made this delicious blueberry tea cake OMG! So delicious 😋 instead of butter I used olive oil, I used organic dairy free sour cream and I added lemon zest and lemon juice the best blueberry lemon cake! Thank you for another great recipe.😉

Thank you for this receipe, I made this today and its so good. I added zest of a lemon and lemon extract, replaced yogurt with 2 Tbsp almond milk.(I personally don’t like greek yogurt in cake). It’s still amazing.😍

Hi! I haven’t tried using coconut flour in this recipe. Coconut flour is much more absorbent than other flours, so it’s not possible to substitute without drastically changing the recipe.
I'm not sure, what thickened cream is, exactly, but don't forget about the slight tangyness of the yoghurt. I'd recommend adding a tbsp or so of lemon juice, if you replace it with a nonsour dairy product. If you're talking about creme fraiche or sour creme or something like that, you should be fine. Might affect the consistency a little, because it's a different fat/water content, but it should work.
Yum! I didn’t have blueberries so I made the lemon version, it’s the sour cream, that’s made this the best Keto version yet. It helps the almond flour not be so dry, also I sweetened with Monk Fruit.
