I already found a recipe that I will test. The problem is that there are many recipes out there. Some of the first ones created had really odd ingredients. The most used was created by Hellmans. Some state that the original one had no eggs but the newer one that around uses eggs. It will be interesting which one is best but I am going to try the one from a Newspaper article. Will see!

I just posted a tutorial on how to make a lemon cake that is amazing. Very easy and it uses swerve.

Is this brownie mix diabetic friendly?

Keto usually is diabetic friendly. I am not a Dr but you can always make sure to test your blood after you eat some to make sure it doesn't affect you.
