@@sarahsarah687 I’m sorry that happened, my keep the shape just added more sugar for my kids. Maybe is the butter that you used, my is Kerrygold, works perfect for all baking. Good luck
Folks like me with little imagination and creativity do so appreciate what you do. Thanks for taking the time to create and post these videos. Darlington, South Carolina
Yes exactly 👌🏼 every time I madr her recipes It work successfully, the other sometimes work sometimes fail and I get depressed ☹️ after I finish her recipe I can’t wait to try it and everytime I shocked with amazing tast 😻👌🏼
Dear friend, I made this desert. It is wonderful! I didnt have matcha powder, so instead I added some pure Iranian Safron. It smells great with a nice texture. Thanks a lot🌹😉
With vanilla being so expensive, pandan extract is another interesting flavoring to try, and I think would go well here. It has a sweet smell, like vanilla, and nutty. It’s usually tinted bright green. You can find it at Asian markets.
KD I'm like shocked. I have made Italian butter cookies you know just like these but regular over the years of course cuz I've done that LOL I have had it on my Instagram page on the banner I've made even rainbow cookies. But I am shocked that you've tackled this. Cuz you always think in your head now that I'm on keto I can't have things like this anymore... But yes if you alter recipes and I in my head thought you were going to put almond flour, but coconut flour is much better because it's not as gritty as almond flour is. I like that you used matcha green tea powder which I have never used before that is very interesting instead of using food coloring. They look delicious and amazing. I can imagine for Christmas piping Christmas trees in the green. 🙂
Thank you so much my friend, hope you will enjoy these cookies. You can also make these with strawberry powder or blueberry powder for different colors and flavour.❤️
It’s 12:21 am & I just finished baking one batch of these. The butter cookie is very soft & delicious. Not too big on the chocolate one though. I omitted the matcha because I didn’t have the powder on hand.
SO going to try these! Husband loves shortbread, so these may work out as the next best thing. Going to forgo the matcha, we are not fans, so we'll halve the batter and make chocolate and vanilla. Thank you for these!!!!!
Thank you I made them right away sooooo easy and they were great with almond milk! I didn't have matcha powder really not a big fan of it but I had the cocoa and added almond slivers to a couple of them. The possibilities are endless. Also lemon extract would be great or maple extract root beer extract so many different ones. You could even add just food coloring to the seperate batter bowls also I think they have zero carbs I have to check. The hardest part after my daily fasting with my OMAD ( one meal a day) keto is not eating them all! Here is another easy recipe peanut butter keto cups and its clean also. Its 2 net carbs each cup and makes six of them. take a half cup of peanut butter zero sugar natural mine has only one carb than you add 1/4 cup of butter unsalted 1/3 cup of your sweetner and a teaspoon of vanilla you melt that together until no lumps appear. Add it to six muffin cups or tins put in fridge for up to ten minutes to set a bit and than microwave and sugar free chocolate you use weather its lily's chocolate chips dark or milk or white. I use the Albertsons store brand it has one carb for 78% cocoa bar and I just breake it up do every 30 seconds and stir mine took 2 times exactly and quickly evenly pour some over the peanut butter and fridge it for later they are soo soo clean and good and won't kick you out of ketosis and if you are like me where sometimes its hard to stop they are big enough to satisfy you can even cut them in half also. They are a billion times better than the keto fat bombs at the store and most important you know what is going into them. Please let me know how they come out and as these amazing cookies you can do so many things with the keto peanut butter cups. You can use almond butter you can mix a drop of coconut or almonds or both or mix them to be marbled instead just remember if you want to let them sit out so they soften if you can't bite them when they are hard. God bless everyone and be healthy and safe and good luck! And please upload some more of these easy keto desserts or meals.
This is insane! How are you so talented?!?! Making this tonight! Ramadan is coming where we fast for long periods of time. Do you have any donut recipes or fried donuts 😫😫
Thank you so much! Yes, I’m familiar with ramadan, I used to live in the middle east for work. ❤️ Here’s the link for my fried donuts ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0xNZ26Cyt94.html
@@ketoserts ok thank you I spoke too soon and went to check your channel. My god you have so many amazing desserts! I tried your creamy almond cake! That was so easy and it came out soooo good!
In my experience, butter cookies are more soft and crumbly, not crunchy, and not chewy, just a light crumbly cookie that's great with coffee or tea. You ever have shortbread? Kind of like those :) Hope this helped!
Wow I absolutely love all your videos. Thank you so much spending time, to master these delicious recipes. I am allergic to artificial sweeteners, just wondering if I can use Agave syrup instead? :)
I’m curious how many days would this last if not kept on fridge and just in an airtight container 😊 hope you could share some tips. Amazing recipes and videos by the way. ☺️
This is the FIRST Ketogenic dessert I am going to try making tonight~ Would skip the green tea flavour but add a coffee flavour… Hope it will work well! But may I know whether I can include the egg white? If not, why? What difference the egg white will make???
Daughter made this earlier not sure what went wrong but the cookies were so soft we couldn't even pick them up without it disintegrating. They looked so pretty we were disappointed 😞
@@ketoserts I enjoy your recipes this must be something we did wrong! we used lakanto monkfruit. And yes, they are cooled nut unable to pick them up. There's no crunch in it it's like crumbly dough
@@cherochow aww.. sorry about that Cheryl, maybe you can chill the cookies before baking or you can double bake it. Let it cool and then bake it again for 5 mins.
@@ketoserts I had placed the entire cooked batch in the fridge so they are slightly firmer now. Guess I can't bake them again now? Will it work? But they taste so good regardless!
