I have recently Started a Vitamin B1 Supplement and it has made a HUGE difference. A LOT of people have a long term vitamin B1 deficiency from a SAD diet.

Thiamin deficiency is a serious wide spread issue it will take you out going to have some saurkrat with my steak

I'm glad the B1 is helping you but you need to balance it out with the other B vitamins or you can create a severe deficiency from the disproportionate intake of B1

Fermented Veggies have other B vitamins in them.

How many milligrams on the bottle is it? I couldn’t tell that you take each day? Thanks are they USP approved or lab check? Again thanks.

FrugalPrepper's Garage... After my heart attack and surgery in May I am losing weight because I have cut back on the portion sizes and I don't drinks drinks with sugar. I'm on several different meds for diabetes and my heart conditions and I still can't get my blood sugar or my blood pressure under control. My A1C is down from 17 to 7.3 but my blood sugar still goes up and down to dangerous levels. Blood pressure is getting high again so they added another BP med. All that on top of having liver disease. It's like I can't catch a break. I think I will give that vitamin B1 a try.

u can just eat beef, all u want, & skip the 'supplement'. beef will provide the b vits. like ur vids but theyr too long, if u could keep em under 5 min like dr shawn baker does u might get more views

Beef is really only a good source for B12 or maybe niacin. Fish, especially salmon, has more B vitamins overall, but not as much thiamine than pork or macadamia. But none compare to nutritional yeast or the supplement he's already taking in terms of cost versus potency.

I'm 98% carnivore and tryed the fermented sauerkraut 4 forkful an i started sweating become red all over i was having a Histamine allergy reaction, never to eat it again. My advice would be 1 forkful and see how it goes.

I ferment the kraut for 20 or so days and I cook and egg in bacon grease. I don't do recipes. If I need a recipe it has to many ingredients.

They are 100mg. I don't know about the lab tested thing.

Sunflower seeds, macadamia, pecans and pork are among the highest food sources of B1, but it's more expensive to get 1mg out of any of them versus the 100mg capsules even at 4% absorption.

You may know that when I am unable to get enough beef I have to eat pork and chicken. I ferment and eat cabbage and banana flowers with the lower quality meats. You can also ferment tomatoes if you want a sauce for your meats. Fermenting externally makes you a synthetic ruminant LOL!

Bodyweight squats, weighted hypers, reverse hypers really help me for sciatica pain. The nerve flossing effect from those work wonders. Weighted hip thrusts or glute bridges are also good.

Yeah the problem was my muscles were breaking down. So exercise made it worse.

​@frugalprepper I understand. When my sciatica was really bad just working into the positions for a single rep as a stretch seemed to help. A 90/90 stretch was good too. A little resistance training when you can works well as a preventative for me.

Just found your channel. Great content. I am going to try the B1. I have celiac disease and hypothyroidism......I struggle to absorb nutrients. All grains and sugar do bad things to me. Been keto about 18 months. But less vegetables these days......closer to Carnivore. My husband was a big guy as well. He has lost a lot of weight and kicked type 2 diabetes to the curb with keto.
