Use the bottom of a glass to flatten the crust and finish it off with your fingers. You could also do a t shirt that says 'give it all a goooooooood mix' !!!

I made this today. Loved it. Instead on mascarpone i used cream cheese and whipped cream. Everything else was the same. Too good. Nexttime i will try with mascarpone

This is EXACTLY what i needed on my keto! I felt so deprived of satisfying desserts and this right up my alley! By far the yummiest keto dessert out there!..dunno if i jeopardized my carb/macro intake of the day as i couldn't stop eating it😜..

yep it will as this is full of sugar bro. Vanilla essence, Cocoa powder (cocoa powder is cacao now with added sugar), and 80% dark choco are loaded with sugar. Check the labels. An excellent cake for sure, and well presented, but it will kick you out of ketosis and delay your goals making it harder just like any other sugary cake if you eat it often thinking its okay you will eventually get fat. This is not really a keto friendly cake unfortunately, but it certainly is a frickin delicious masterpiece. Hope you hit your goals!

I want to Like this multiple times! This was TOTES AMAZING! Seriously wow! And so so easy too. I used cream cheese instead of mascarpone because I happened to have some lying around that I wanted to use up, powdered erythritol instead of Stevia, and 100% chocolate, lightly sweetened with erythritol, again. I like my chocolate super dark! Thank you a million times over, you made my day 🤗

Made this yesterday. You are right, it's fabulous. Only had one issue with the ganache. It didn't ever thicken even using xythanum gum... Not sure why. Regardless, also one of my favorite deserts. Thanks!

THIS. WOW. It's a must-try. It's just so.........beautiful to behold! And when it makes you sing? Gotta be good! And even though it is 3 layers, still easy & with readily found ingredients! Can't wait to taste the yumminess. (BTW- I use salted butter exclusively! IMO, no reason not to! :))

I was just worried too much espresso might make it runny and wasn't to not use more than 2 tbsp water hence the instant stuff. of course I'd never drink instant :P unless i have no choice.
