Keto Cream Cheese Coffee Cake 

I made this YUMMY coffee cake..was perfect!! My husband couldn’t wait for the fridge to cool it down, he had to snitch a sample he was so impresses with it!! Now that it has completely cooled I the fridge, coffee is made…we’re indulging in total bliss🥰 Thank you for all the goodness you help us make!

I've made this so much, I was putting on weight again! Had to freeze it in pieces the last time, so I wouldn't eat it so fast! So very yummy! ❤️

So glad this 3 year old video came up in my feed. Best cake ever. Made it for my daughter & son in law who just had first baby. Making another today for me. I only had 4 oz of cream cheese so just halved the sweetener in the filling and it set beautifully. I used 8x8 baking dish so I think it was 10 minutes longer to match the jiggle you showed in the video. Thanks for all your hard work.❤🧡💛

Made it yesterday: my husband and our guests loved it, they all mentioned how they loved the almond flavor (my hubby loves marzipan). It was very easy to make, flavor and consistency were outstanding. A little too sweet to my taste, so next time I will try to cut down on sweetener (I used erythritol).

Edit: I let it cool for as long as I could stand it, and am trying it now. It is SO GOOD!! Been doing keto for 2 years now, and this is the best keto recipe I have tried so far!! I have this in the oven now! Put it together right along with the video! I must have missed how much almond milk to put in, but I took a guess and did half a cup. Hope it turns out ok! The batter consistency seemed right so fingers crossed. Can’t wait to take it out of the oven!! ❤️

I made this 10/15/20 I used Wal-Mart brand stevia because that's what I had ,it turned out beautiful but tasted nasty !!!! All those sweeteners are not cheap
