On keto i got extremely swollen hands in sauna, idk what was the cause, it went away when i switched back to sugary food. Keto was a great thing that boosted my health though

|I have gallbladder problems (polyps in the GB) and fatty liver but also have GERD/Hiatal Hernia, when I tried Keto before I had lots of acid reflux, so 80% or 70% fat is really tough as fat relaxes the LES or stomach sphincter muscle, also fat slow transition of food out of the stomach and when eating no carbs or very few you have more acid to reflux cause starches absorb water to which acid is bound.
Ive been overweight for 3 decades and taken for 27yrs Omeprazole cause of GERD, I want to stop taking it but when I do I get acid from hell, I tried ACV as well and HCI but acid comes back with a vengeance, I have fatty liver and gallbladder polyps and leaky gut, what and dairy intolerant and histamine intolerance issues now, now suffering with swollen feet and have a dent when I press my finger on the shin area and slowly goes away or rises slowly, now Ive looked here on RU-vid and found a few videos with Keto and swollen ankles, edema and lymphedema, I think I'll go Keto and try and do OMAD if possible, increase potassium intake. I wonder though aren't ketones acidic for the kidneys? And, is vegan Keto an option if you dont want to eat meat, will it still work? Less taxing on the kidneys for example. Thanks.
