I bought your book last Christmas and I have left a positive review on Amazon. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone, even if you are not on Keto it has a range of flavoursome recipes that are all easy to make. I also like how all the ones that I have made are full on flavours and tasty.
Such a simple yet delightful recipe! I really love how your recipes are so accessible and easy to make. I do love the combination of spinach and eggs together - always a winner. I tried your chicken tikka masala recipe the other day and it was bang-on! Going to try this since I for one, do love me some eggs 😉

I make this ALOT. In our house it has become known as "Acoona Fritatta" bc I saute onions, mushrooms & black olives & mix into the eggs w some chopped & cooked turkey bacon (we don't eat pork). Then proceed with the rest of the recipe. Yum!!
Great recipe Sahil, I think bacon is never optional lol! My favourite meal is anything with bacon in it served with a side of bacon and extra bacon on top.
I tried it with fried shrimp instead of bacon. Overall, very good. I didn't know heavy cream was keto friendly - great another thing I can add to the menu.

I think I will use cheddar because I love it with eggs 😍🤤 whereas I love feta in a salad with cucumber, black olives, basil, cherry tomatoes, onion, and a generous quantity of extra virgin olive oil.. (alas the relatively high amount of carbs in tomatoes and onions won't allow me to eat them at my heart's content..). Bye and horns up!😉🤗
Sahil, I have tried doing the rolled French omelet, but it broke trying to remove from the pan. Your way is perfect and the easiest way to make an omelet. The only thing yours was missing was sun dried tomatoes. Yummy

My tomorrow morning breakfast to be 🥰🥰🥰I'm not on keto so I'll replace some of the ingredients. My prepared oats and oat bran soaked in almond milk ,greek yogurt and other stuff will be my dinner than 🙈😆 Feta ,eggs and spinach are the winners ,you made it look soooooooo delicious. Would you please self make vegan keto mozzarella cheese? I am not sure which thinkener to use. Xanthan gum, guar flour, Locust bean gum, or citrus fiber. What do you suggest?
