I've never EVER been a fan of vegetables, especially cauliflower and broccoli. After starting my keto journey I've come across some 'okay' veg recipes but stumbling across this video was a blessing! This soup is sooo delicious and it doesn't even taste like cauliflower, which was a concern to be at the beginning. I chopped some onions and fried that with bacon and it took the soup to a whole other level 🤤
I'm on keto for more than a month now. My fiance and his business partner decided to join me, and his businesses partner asked me if I can cook a keto dinner with his fiance. I'm making some this afternoon. While I usually use fresh cauliflower, I went to Sam's the other day and got some big bags of frozen veggies, including some riced cauliflower, which will make it even easier. I like the immersion blender to do it right in the pot too. I also make my own chicken broth in big batches and freeze them, and am going to try my hand at some bone broth. I love sautéing the veggies first, to bring out the sweetness and flavor. I have enjoyed every one of your recipes that I've prepared. Thanks so much!

Absolutely amazing! I just made this soup, and I added 4 slices of bacon at the beginning. And I used an immersion blender and skipped the sieve to make it faster. It's absolutely delicious. A winner! And I just ordered your cook book.

I made this soup and trust me it is soooooo delicious and I can’t believe how easy it is!! I used immersion blender and everything was silky smooth!!!! Absolute comfort food while on a diet!! This’ll be go to soup when feeling low! Ty so much Sahil 🙌🙌

I have been making soup like that for ages , but I stopped using stock cubes because it has some wheat in it . Not much , but enough to throw me off . So instead of adding water I use bone broth , which I always have ready to use .
I just made this today and it is absolutely AMAZING! Another recipe well done! I love your vegetarian recipes. I also love all your recipes, I just substitute the meat for vegetarian meat. Soooo Good!

It worked and I could upload the recipe to Carb Manager. I made the soup last night and my ONLY complaint: I didn't make TWO batches! It was BEYOND DEElish! Browning the cauliflower gave it that extra uumph in flavor. It was all I could do to only eat one serving. Tonight - I may not have as much self control! I'm going to hunt for more of your recipes for hearty soups - broccoli perhaps!
This soup sounds delicious! Although I love coconut as a non-dairy substitute, with this soup I’m going to try using nuts, like blanched almonds or macadamia nuts, to give it a creamy texture without the sweet and ‘tropical’ taste that comes from using the coconut. I think using nuts would give it a more mild flavour, like dairy cream would. I would also use olive oil, as I don’t have avocado oil. Can’t wait to try it! 🙂

I made this a few days ago and added a couple of tablespoons of masman curry paste and tumeric and zapped it with the stick blender. on day 2 I added cooked mini mince meat balls and it was delicious. Love your flavours.. well enough jibber jabber from me.. maybe cut out the metal background music.. it’s distracting from your lovely cute Indian accent ❤️

I am SOOO happy you posted this! I wanted soup SO much last night and it looks great! I can't upload the recipe w/ the link, though, to Carb Manager. It comes up with an error message. Would you be able to check on that so we can load it into the app? Horns up.....and lets eat!
hey Judy I've never used carb manager so I'm not aware if it's something with the app or not. I've formatted the recipe exactly like I do every time so nothing has been done differently.
