I made this using whipped heavy cream and a little bit of sour cream instead of using yogurt and it came out amazing! Would def recommend this is you don't have/don't want to use yogurt.

Another thing. My father and mother both passed away 2 years ago and they were both my best friends. They had a deep love for food. Time has not healed as the saying goes. You have brought back the spark and helped me “tap” into my richest of roots. They know me on a 1st name basis at my local Indian grocers. Thank you for you and your genuine passion.

Just made this recipe using chicken thighs. Gave them extra 10 mins in oven. Awesome. I always thought that real Indian food was difficult to prepare but you make it so easy and delicious. Cheers.

Yummmm! We buy chicken wings 20 lbs at a time and freeze them in 2-3 lb ziplocks, we never tire of them. Can't wait to try this!

Thank you very much for your response. I made my own full fat Greek yogurt with a whole organic milk. I made these wings tonight and they were delicious. My husband liked them very much. I'm giving extra yogurt to him and my grandchildren. I love your show, it helps me alit. Funny thing, I only had PINK food color, I used it gently. Didn't look to bad but will buy red as these will be a regular wing for me. Going to make a batch and freeze in portions

This is an excellent recipe. Used it probably 50 times since I first watched this video. If you want to kick it up a notch add sriracha, worcestershire sauce, and garam masala to your marinade and worcestershire sauce and sour cream to your chutney

that last bit when you pass them trough the flame is actually very useful. as you know even if you self clean those chicken wings they'll always have those tiny hairs in the skin which are gross (and usually nobody ever waste the skin) so when you pass it through the flames those little hairs get burned like in 5:50 you can see that hair bit getting flamed and destroyed lol overall great video !! also, do you have "goooood mix" march?
