Due to unforeseen events, my journey to lose excess weight while working to be healthier and fit has been delayed. However, I am not one to give up so quickly! My journey began July 9, 2021, with a challenge to eat the carnivore way for 30 days to see how my body would react and make me feel. Although it made me feel good, I was missing something and discovered I really like eating vegetables sometimes. At this time, I am eating mostly keto but very heavy on meats.
My weight has gone up to 216 during my time off, I felt horrible both physically and mentally so I am back on track once again. Come join me as I educate myself and share the info I find with you so maybe it will help you too! I am determined to lose this extra fat I am lugging around and be healthier too.
