I got the KetoneAid KE1 few weeks ago before 2 triathlon races in one weekend. I took one half bottle on Thursday afternoon, second half on Friday afternoon. Second bottle on Saturday Morning before a sprint triathlon race. I won my age group and finished 10 minutes ahead the second guy. My PR. Then I consumed 1/2 of the third bottle on Saturday evening and the second half on Sunday morning, before the Half Ironman race. During the race I took the fourth bottle during the bike ride and fifth bottle during the half marathon. I felt more tired after the Saturday's sprint triathlon, but I still had my personal best time. No other food consumed during the reces. I do triathlons last 6 years, I am fat adapted.

Nice work Thomas! There is probably a lot more you can do . . . . sounds like you are a hyper-responder to fat adaptation. The thing is that some small dosing of ketones or even carbs won't kill a properly fat adapted athlete's ability to produce hepatic ketones or glucose to fulfill the metabolic demands of racing a sprint Tri. Congratulations

Constructive input: Lips don’t sync with sound of Peter’s voice (hard to watch).
