Press MENU. Touch MIDI - Accrd Style & Voice - Arranger Keyboard - RX - Set Global = 1 and make sure nothing else is set to channel 1. Then go back to STYLE and turn on PIANIST mode.
This guy is the best presenter ever and what a voice!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend this MidJay Pro. Very small footprint. Easy to transport!!!!! Very realistic sounds. At some point in evening I usually start with a style... drums first (Karen) then I slide up the bass volume (Tony) and then orchestra groove/guitar player (Ron) Lol!!!!!!!! Very, very high rated technical support!!!!!
I can't wait to get the sd40 in my hands. I play solo with a tc helicon voicelive touch 2. I had an alesis drum machine, a roland strat with a gr 20 and had a mixing board... I also use band in a box.... this thing does it all... I will still use my zoom for guitar fx but I can do stuff I have only dreamed about. I also do a duo act and my buddy is using my gr 20. I got the omb guitar so midi to usb goes straight in... I am excited to start doing my own videos of live shows. I play 200-250 shows a year solo plus the duo and band stuff.... if it works as well as it looks I am talking about setting up as the canadian distributor. I really dig this unit that much
Thanks ... the SD90 and Audya 4 take it to a whole new level:- ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0RMMkOvYA0A.html New American Country styles now out:- ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-J3KtKLrmloQ.html And ... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lAGfNFvsUic.html
I can't see how it's possible to do Lead Breaks using this or the SD90 in this Mode as it has to be told what chords you are playing to do the accompaniment as you are playing them ?
This is possible ... and here is how. So long as you play 2 or less notes (solo), the arranger will NOT change/read chords you are playing. Once you play 3 or more notes/strum, that chord is then instantly triggered. Another option is to use a SUSTAIN pedal, when the pedal is pressed, no chords are recognized so the current chord is 'frozen' and you can play freely. Once you release the sustain pedal and play/strum the next chord, that chord is recognized, then you immediately press the pedal once more to lock/freeze the chord ... and solo away. Pretty easy.... once you get the hang of it.
Larry, I would like to talk to you before I buy a unit... Years ago I used an Auto-Orchestra with Bass Pedals. Now I use Midi. Now I'm thinking of going with the Midi Jay Pro or something I can play on the Fly.. I play the Guitar.. Can you help me?
Larry, if I'm doing a Solo or Duet, What would you suggest? MidJay Pro,, SD40, or SD90? I do have my own Guitars. Electric an Acoustic. Years ago I used Base Peddles but rather make it simple. I'd like to play for Senior Citizens as I'm in my early 70's.
Hi, I´m interested to send a video to a beamer. So can I store to every song a MP4 - so I can hear the playback and the beamer shows the video? And how big can the storage-disc be?
On Midjay Pro - you can modify but not create. If you want to be able to create as well, take a look at the SD40 (same price). Here for an example is the SD90:- ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0RMMkOvYA0A.html
