Hands down the most effective yet simple complex. It is sure to build strength and pack muscle. Using double kettlebells ads a greater demand in a shorter time. Remember to squeeze your glutes as hard as possible during the clean, sniff in a breath Re squeeze the glutes and quads and press the bells up to a full unhindered lock out. (The prerequisite for this complex is great should and hip mobility) Squat down but pulling your self down while maintaining a tall neutral spine. Grunt to ascend and full forceful lockout.
