Hands down the most effective yet simple complex. It is sure to build strength and pack muscle. Using double kettlebells ads a greater demand in a shorter time. Remember to squeeze your glutes as hard as possible during the clean, sniff in a breath Re squeeze the glutes and quads and press the bells up to a full unhindered lock out. (The prerequisite for this complex is great should and hip mobility) Squat down but pulling your self down while maintaining a tall neutral spine. Grunt to ascend and full forceful lockout.

I would recommend ladders (1,2,3) or (3,4,5). Set a timer 10-30 minutes depending on your conditioning, and allow your self enough time to rest in between rungs and ladders. For example. 1 clean, press, squat… place bells down for a few seconds, then perform 2 cleans, presses, squats… place bell down and rest long enough to be able to perform the next rung in the ladder (3’s). If you are still winded, rest longer until you can perform perfect crisp reps every time. I hope this helps.

Definitely, you can use this complex for a met on. This is another variation of using the barbell for the Olympic lifts. It’s basically the clean and press.

@@move_STRONG I've done this for EMOM 10 minutes for last night WoD session. Started with 10 kgs KB for warm up, felt too light, and switch up to 16 kgs KB. It was harder than i thought but most definitely gave me pretty intense squeeze. Many thanks for this vid 👏

@@move_STRONG i really wish i had checked out Kettlebells instead of dumbbell to train at home. I found KBs are better suited for home workout lol. Will do, just taking some rest a day after each every workout

@@move_STRONG Doing kettlebells for 5 months now with 16kg only swings and getups and started with 20kg recently, just want to be stronger

@@krishnatibrewal5546 Thankf for the information. Swings and getups are an amazing program for anyone. I still use them myself. Using double kettlebells can be quite different, and require a bit more practice. Please make sure you focus on gaining adequate shoulder, hip, and ankle mobility before starting a double KB complex such as this one. Assuming you do have the needed range of motion, definitely start light and just practice. Generally, up to 5 reps per exercise, and rest as needed. Focus more on form than reps and sets in the beginning.
