@@kbfitbritt sure, I’m really starting to like cow bell work outs, now I’m starting to add this stuff to my workouts. My gym has a lot of them around and I don’t think the people there know what to do with them. I look like a pro now because of you. Thank you so much for sharing Brittany.

@@kbfitbritt I might, I don't know. The fact that this one is short is part of what attracted me, I feel like it's something I could really do and enjoy. I have been totally slacking for about a month now and am feeling terrible (mentally & physically) so I know I need to get up and do it, instead of sitting here looking at my bell!!

@@Atreyu1962 I think the class would be perfect for you, it's actually geared towards beginners and it's a slow strength workout, nothing high intensity. As we go through the class I remind you that you're welcome to adjust the rep ranges and modify the exercises to make it work for you! :)
