I am getting back into exercise and Gary's approach is really helping me to stay motivated and feel as though the session is worthwhile. I can be quite competitive and overdo things, but Gary's videos are helping me to keep that in check and focus in the movement and not injure myself.

Love the work out! Thought I was doing a decent job of the push ups till you talked about dry humping the floor.... Switched to knee push ups after that 😂 will follow along and repeat to get and build up my little runner not arms 😅
This is the first kettlebell workout I’ve done on RU-vid in years that time has disappeared before I’ve known it and I’ve enjoyed it - (type 2 fun) 👏🏼😃
Great workout, simple and effective so no excuses not to fit it in. Can you explain the difference of one versus two handed goblet squats, is it a core muscle thing?
Had a go at this today, loved it although I did have to use 2 different weight kettlebells & hang onto the wall for balance doing the RDLs. I WILL get better ! Love the follow along 10/10 from me !
