I get that Oden got unlucky with injuries, but I still can't believe KD didn't go #1. Watching him in college, it was already clear that he was going to be one of the most talented offensive players of all-time. He had more of a post-game at 19 than LeBron did at 29.
They still haven't got over the finals beat downs against the Cavs. With lebron not making the playoffs all they talk crap about other players to make themselves feel better
It’s not that it’s like you said greats Lose. I just hope the rest of the fan base keeps that same energy for everyone else. When LeBron lost the finals it wasn’t greats lose, the narrative was that he’s trash but with KD we have to give him a pass and say greats lose get over it. Not hating just saying what I see
The way he scored then hasn’t changed much to this day. Thats why his moves are so refined and it doesn’t matter if he’s contested since hes done it so many times

Man, if Portland knew the way the NBA would evolve, history would be so much different. He was a college player so good, there were hardly questions if he'd be a star in the NBA.
I remember this game. I was in high school. I remember being amazed at how tall he was and moving like a guard that he stepped out of bounds in the corner while attempting a three.
Ku also won the NCAA tournament this year it was a great time I just graduated from ku that year !! Hated when we had to play Durrant lol jeez this year had chalmers, Durrant ,Rose, and Acie law and they all got drafted

Used to think bballers are always built physically and should have basic basketball skills. Watching Durant shows that it is not about the physical but the mental part of the game and have a eagle eye to be a Champ even when it is not even playoff. #heisthetruechamp

@@bruh8559 I agree with you, but I was responding to the comment of "I doubt we see another prospect who is 6 ' 10 with a deadly jump shot" and there are a 2 European 7 footers in Dirk and Porzingis that's playing now and others just like them coming out of Europe. We'll see a lot more in the future because big men in Europe don't like to bang in the post and are usually stretch 4s and 5s?
