My brother-in-law is a research scientist at BYU. God is the greatest scientist! Thank you for sharing your perspective of how science can work with religion! My science teacher in high school was a Christian and believed the same.

God will be in the details of our lives if we're willing to let him be, if we're willing to trust him. If we willing to call upon on him in faith. Look for the Creator in all things, you will see him and you will find him. We can chose faith, not doubt. If he answered every prayer, took away every grief, always made everything better, we'd have no need to have faith, and we wouldn't grow. I thank God that we have the opportunity in this life as his children to live by faith, to go thru trials and hardships, to be stretched and sometimes to be broken.

god is gonna help him find shoes but let a million more important prayers go unanswered. What a silly god if that's the case
