You only have to look at Sterling to know why Sane not starting. With Sterling you now see Football Aesthetics that were displayed by that Golden Guardiolas Barcelona,correct body positions in receiving the ball,how to turn with the ball,subtle body movements to trick ur marker,correct runs to make,sublime first touch control in final 3rd,all those marvelous and breathtaking ballet dancer like moves and football qualities you saw with Xavi.You dont see those with Sane yet,his 1st touch control in final 3rd has been bad and frustrating more often than not,spoiling great build ups of attacks orchestrated by team in the final furlongs due to bad 1st touch by Sane,we see the 3/4 times he succeeds and marvel at him but Pep sees the 7 other times he failed,Sane also doesnt doesnt display the drive to help out in defense like Sterling,even Aguero does,these things matter lot to Perfectionist like Pep who knows on biggest stages one chance missed or one chance scored decides the game.Thats why Pep is benching Sane so his hunger to play gets him driven to perfect those football details like 1st touch control in final 3rd,body positioning and everything.But apparently Sane taking the easy way out by signing for another Club who will guarantee regular starts no questions asked.

I was born Blue (into a family of unmentionables) and god knows I've been put through the wringer. 1st match 1978. UTTERLY committed since 1983 and can't believe what my season ticket is letting me experience whilst I also see my part of Manchester develop. When Sheikh Mansour bought Man City, I thought to myself, its just a matter of time before they get tired and take their money elsewhere. But now that I look at it, they had done a comprehensive analysis of whether it would be a worthy investment or not, especially in terms of infrastructure, having an okay stadium with the potential for expansion (which is normally the biggest huddle that most owners of 'smaller clubs' and also a decent fan base(everyone who hates the other team that we shall not mention). City were also very lucky to hit the jackpot with some underrated players who turned out to be vital in success of the club. Getting Kompany, Yaya, Joe, Silva and Aguero at the time that you did was important in instilling a winning mentality in the group and and building a foundation for future success, people only invest in ventures that make sense and such players it made so. My hats off to the management of city, we thought that they would fade out, but it seems like they are here to stay.
