This was one of the best UFC fights, if not THE BEST, that I have ever seen before! I remember watching it with my dad. We were both going nuts lol Miss you papi
He went down w him once and said nah fuck that after 1 arm bar attempt you playing w your life w Gilbert on the ground he’s a world class BJJ guy even better than Charles imo! Might not have the most subs in UFC but he’s so strong positionally and his legs are strong he knows what he’s doing he decided I’m bigger I walk around like 205 so why not stand and hang w the guy who used to fight at 155 🤷🏾♂️ He just needs to learn better boxing how to set it up more jabs and counter striking.
@@HunchoHamza He didn't listen to his coach's advice that's why his coach scolded khamzat because brawl khamzat would have won easily in the first round if he had used his wrestling when burns was hit by a punch from khamzat it's been a long time since wrestlers dominated on the ground when dealing with Jiu jutsu fighters
@@HunchoHamza very true .. on ground burns is way stronger and better than chimaev.. that's why chimaev chose not to go for grappling and ground game because that ain't working with burns and i wanted to see 1 or 2 more rounds. because burns was still there and chimaev was gassing.
The fact khamzat fought absolutely carelessly without gameplan against this dangerous of an opponent and just barely edged out a victory is absolutely scary. Imagine when he fights smart. If anything this exposed that khamzat can take shots and keep coming.
Why do people think like this? People actually think he just threw away his game plan. Not true. Khamzat can’t fuck with Gilbert on the ground and that’s khamzats game plan every fight. He didn’t fight carelessly, he fought the best he could against the toughest opponent he has faced to date. Alex knocks him out and usman beats him all day
@@is4349 and kahmzat has no striking? What’s your point? They’re both working on their weaknesses from day one. You think he’s just striking? Alex will be 220+ and khamzat is a welterweight... Khamzat also got rocked multiple times by burns.. he couldn’t even take him down. Alex just needs a good sprawl and he wins that fight in my opinion. Alex will be too heavy to grapple for 5 rounds and I think his defense combined with his power hands will knock khamzat out.
Komshot gave it all he had buddy! There's no excuse as to why he couldn't win. He even tried hitting Gilbert in the balls. Hammer fisting Gilbert with everything he had? You name it Komshot tried it!! And he still couldn't beat Gilbert. If it had gone one more round for sure Burns would have put Komshot away! " Imagine how good Komshot would be if he could only fight smart " that's a good one buddy........🤣😭
People who r saying burns won are casual mma fans...Yes he won the round more dominantly than khamzat but as per rules khamzat won because he won more rounds ...
Shouldn’t have been a unanimous decision. Burns outstruck Khamzat 2/3 rounds and Khamzat only had 2 takedowns that did no damage. The casuals are Khamzat nutriders that think he’s unbeatable when Burns a former featherweight proved he can be.
@@Daddy-ck7lb ua the casual here burns was former lightweight not featherweight 😂😂😂 and khamzat scored a knockdown too and alone with control time of 2 minutes burns was moving to fence in round three whenever he got hit khamzat pressed him even after eating his overhands. He clearly won.
@@madhusudhan4657 Lightweight my bad calm down kid. Still doesn’t change the fact that Burns outstruck him and he should have gotten a knockdown scored as well when he put Khamzat on one knee. Learn how to read I didn’t say Khamzat didn’t win I said it shouldn’t have been a unanimous decision. Based on the clear advantage in striking going to Burns you could make a case that those 2 takedowns that resulted in no damage doesn’t really make Khamzat the “clear” winner. By your logic Yan should have easily won his fight against OMalley but he didn’t so obviously the scoring isn’t always consistent and ground control doesn’t always outweighs striking. You clowns are hilarious the way you ride Khamzat like he’s a god and can’t be beaten 🤡
MMA fans who use the word casual are usually just that. They got into watching the sport because of conor, Sean and khamzat. And they usually are Jake Paul fans too
Two ELITE MMA FIGHTERS we watched here INDEED!!! RESPECT FOR THE INTENSE FIGHT OF THEM & THIS EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME (STUDYING THE FIGHT AFTER IT ENDED I MEAN)
@@26michaeluk nah, round 1 is khamzat, 2 is burns. Round 3 is where people argue. Burns was not doing anything for the first half of the round and was almost close to being stopped due to inactivity and shots absorbed. Burns landed huge shots but they didn’t do much damage as they were blocked and burns being fatigued. Khamzat won that but people argue that burn’s huge load Ups won him the fight late which isn’t the case and just an illusion. It’s a notable tactic that was famous from sugar ray who threw furries at the end of the round to win that round regardless of what happened to the entirety of the 5 minutes
