You would still need to remove the Mirror but I would say yes you can. Window tinters remove the rubbers to do full tints. There is a down side. You might need to try a few times. With the trim off I could see the front bottom part of the rubber not going into the guide properly so I was able to push it in. Without the trim off it would be guesswork.
