Apparently Kiwawa doesn't know the reason "quaso" is funny in the first place. It came from an episode of Jimmy Neutron, where the character Carl Wheezer says "Jimmy, are you gonna finish that quaso?" Carl is a turbo nerd and it's funny to hear someone earnestly try to pronounce foreign words, but it's even funnier when a nerd does it

It sounded like the meme is of someone correcting the pronunciation of croissant. It sounds more like quaso or quason in French. Also it is caught not cot.
