Kiara Sky Gelly Tips VS Aprés Gel-X | Comparing the 2 

The Kiara Sky ones feel thin and flimsy but the Apres feel thick and much more sturdy! I use Young Nails Fiber Gel to adhere them and they last a month! I actually rebalance them, file them down a little and can get 2 months out of a set! Thanks for the video you were spot on!!

I am so glad you showed this. I tried the Kiara Sky and my fingers were so squished it was crazy. This is when I realized that I have quite flat nail beds and started looking for full coverage tips for me. Difficult at best but someone did suggest the Apres if you didn't mind the longer ship time and you could get the sizes individually. Like you said, I was able to find what I needed on Amazon in the Natural and was able to get them sooner. I love them! I do use the Kiara Sky builder gel but I guess I'll use all of those extra tips for practice 🤷‍♀️ at least I didn't have that issue like you did needing the larger thumb tips. That's just not right.

I was going to get the kiara sky gelly starter kit but I’m not going to anymore since I have wider nail beds and their nails run small. I’m going to get the apres but I’m confused if I should get the Sculpted or natural nails. I think I have flat nail beds but I’m not sure. Please help!

I’m at a loss really. I don’t like what I hear about Kiara Sky but I have short flat nail beds so medium ends up being too long. My preferred shape is coffin and I’ve been using iGel medium but I have to cut them down to get my desired length that it loses the coffin shape. Any suggestions?

So my thumb and pounter finger nail beds are like super flat and the rest have a standard curve. Should i get natural or sculpted?

The kiara sky size 9 I don’t think would fit anyone and the 8 is very tiny too. I have tiny nails and i use the 7 for my baby finger. But correct me if I’m wrong but they’re so teeny!

The 0 in kiara sky only just fits my thumb and I have small hands and small nails. I think quite a few people would struggle if they have anything above the average thumbnail size.

their almond short was just such an awful sizing from thumb to pinky i am “0,” 3, 1, 3, 5. with their coffin medium and their short square (KS), thumbs still too small for sure, but i am at least my normal sizes in the those. for example, my sizes in the short square and coffin medium are “0,” 5, 4, 6, 8. for some reason they just fucked up their almond short so terribly. i’m si excited to get my apres stiletto and coffin shorts cause you already know i definitely ordered the 00 for both of those lol. i get my order tomorrow and funny enough i ordered 2 days ago and seeing ur video just now but im also gonna be using the kiara sky builder for application lol

Did you use the apres natural or sculpted on your client in this video?

I can use both but I do prefer the natural Apres the best!

Well then... I'm an Apres user who was going to buy a box of Kiara Sky just in case I was missing out. But my daughter has wide nail beds, so I guess I won't bother, especially seeing as how there isn't a hugely measurable difference in quality. Thanks for saving me $30; those tips are expensive!!!!
