This is how to do and practice a kickflip, a trick where you spin the board with your front toe while doing an Ollie. We are going to update the content and the website a little bit, so we are only releasing the videos first. We are going to keep working on this channel to help people who enjoy skateboarding.

Sorry but it is not the front foot specifically or the kick who does the flip, it is the body doing a jump backwards. He started the jump here (5:06) and landed here (5:09). You can see how the skater shrugs the body up in the air at the highest point of the jump (See 5:08).
