Yo, 911 operators are trained to read between the lines. People have called 911 before who “can’t talk” but trying to convey danger. They don’t do the whole “oh this is a prank call thing” there’s no such thing to them - you prank call 911 if you want to an officer will be at your door. They don’t do that. They are literally trained to read between the lines. Just on a legal liability point of view- an entire police force would be crucified in court if they didn’t respond to call because they thought it was “a prank”.
