Finally had some time to finish this up! This was about the easiest part to be honest and I really shouldn't have put off finishing it for so long. The granddaughters absolutely love it!
Tools Recommended:
Cordless Drill
3/16" drill bit to pre-drill the holes ( I used a 2nd Cordless Drill for this - less swapping)
#2 Square Bit (Included in the kit)
3/16" Hex Bit (Didn't see in kit)
#3 Phillips Head for faster assembly of tube slide
Hammer - To pound in the T-Nuts
1/2" wrench and 1/2" socket/ratchet for a few bolts
7/16" wrench and 7/16" socket/ratchet for fire pole bolts.
Tape Measure
Box cutter or Scissors to open things

When your assembling any yard playset, and using long or short bolts with 4 prong T nuts or or regular nuts, put Marine grade anti -seize on them and years from now when you want to take them apart none will be rusted stuck.

Thank you! What are the finished widths of the play set and swing set separately?

Just the playset fully assembled is 12.5' wide (including slide and ladder) and 13' long including the spiral slide. The Swing-set portion is 7.5' wide and 9' long when attached to the playset. The swing-set would be just about a 12-18" longer if you assembled it separately because you would have the addition end A-frame which tapers out for stability.

Are the holes pre-drilled for all of the hardware?

Yes, all of the holes are pre-drilled. There are a few that you need to "ream" out with a drill bit (included in the set) to make sure that the lag screws don't split out the wood. The assembly is pretty straight forward, but does require at least 2 people to do due to the size of the panels and getting things to line up.

I spread it out over a 3 day weekend. Probably 3-4 hrs per day. It was pretty hot when we did it so I was trying not to get too tired. Keeping things organized was a big challenge.
