Daniel is sooooo handsome, and Selena is becoming quite the young lady!! Enjoy these crazy years, they become adults so quickly. Just thinking about where Daniel started in life, and where he is now is a testament to your love and guidance. Watch out, Selena will break many boys hearts (smart and beautiful). Jay and Bryan, plan for more adult time, and learn to enjoy it.
You guys are amazing parents. I love you, I love your family and I am completely in awe by what you managed to give those kids and how amazing they have become. You both have every reason to be proud.

OMG!! Father Time is slapping me in the face!!! There's an old expression that says "Children grow like weeds" and after watching this I AGREE!!! Big hugs guys!! Dave and I just got back from Chicago for a wedding and I drove. I remember when you left here and did the same thing.. Let me remind you what you said....."Ugh..that was a LONG drive!!!" I am sorry but Selena is ALWAYS going to be a BIG fish in a little pond... she has such an amazing outgoing personality... which speaks well of her home life... she feels nothing but love and safe at home which gives her the confidants to conquer the world... she will take over no matter where she goes...

Sweet Jesus, school started already? What happened to the days when it started after Labor Day? You'd think the school system in this country would at least let kids enjoy the whole summer. When I was a kid, school starting in August was pretty much unthinkable, unless it was the last few days of it, but mid-August was never something we had to worry about. Is this common in California? Anyway, I'm glad Selena's enjoying middle school so far. She's lucky. I fucking hated it. I looked my worst and most of the faculty were total assholes.

Wonderful family, and the kids are so well mannered hence.. (manners) , SOMETHING KIDS DO NOT HAVE THESE DAYS! Kindness is key and they diff have that, that is a true gift! Great example being gay in a positive way.
Selena's going to be a teenager! 😧 I miss being a teenager, not quite a month into 20 and I already feel like I've lost the energetic, opinionated and rebel minded nature and culture of teenagers. 😩

Gay Family Values actually surprisingly many American kids look olden than they are... Is it in their genes or something? Or do Finns just look so childish? If i were to go to america, they would probably think i was about 10.😅😂
From my experience, the Brazilians age really mature quickly too. Through a Brazilian exchange student in my class, she showed me her life back home and all of the girls and boys her year looked much more older than they actually are. I was surprised to find they were my age of sixteen at the time when I thought they had to have been in their twenties! I think everyone's just getting taller these days. My cousin is going to turn 6 years old next month, and she's always been very tall and mature looking, kind of the one that stands out in groups because she looks older, her voice sounds older, her mannerisms and behavior is older, and her thought process is like that of a middle schooler! I'm simply amazed at how fast they just grow up.
