Funny, I graduated high school with Amy at her father's church school, Lexington Academy. I remember a certain preachers daughter at our high school graduation party who was so drunk she decided to make out with her redheaded best friend. I guess in Amy's world it's okay to make out with your same-sex best friend if you're hetero and drunk, but if you kiss someone when your sober it's wrong even if you love them...

I agree that things are going backward, and it seems like the pendulum is swinging back, but hopefully won't go too far right. When I first watched you guys me and my then boyfriend were in our 20s and living in Australia we had been together for about 5 years. Fast forward a few years we are in our 40s now living in New Zealand married for almost 6 years together for over 21 years. No children of our own but that's where my niece in her 5 kids come in, they keep us way too busy and we wouldn't want it any other way. Thank you for being a shining light guys when things seemed dark for our community. You showed us that it was always possible to live the life we wanted.
I'm so glad to see you guys on youtube now. Even if it's not going to be as much, but still. I miss you guys as well and really enjoyed your videos. And you're right too that some things are kind of going sour and a little backward, but I think things are going to look good now because a lot are fighting too and I think things are going to get better. Ironic as I remember songs about "it gets better." and I think it will and is. You guys are a beacon of hope in these dark times, before gay marriage and now. And now, more than ever, we need to talk and discuss even if we would disagree at least hear each other out. But other than that, it is great seeing how your family grew and it is a great thing to see.
