I bought my Tensolator (later called the Bullworker) when I went to university in 1967 and no longer had the time to lift weights for two hours each day. My original Tensolator lasted until 1986 when the cable broke and the company replaced it with a Bullworker under the lifetime warranty. I STILL use it and it offers a quick way to stay in shape, although I augment it with barbell and calisthenics.
TOTALLY relevant. Have employed the Bullworker (classic) for over 40 years as an adjunct/essential element to my two primary sports. Isometric is still hardly known by most. The Bullworker thesis/system IS pure platinum.
Love the steel bow. Best gadget for chest contractions. Still makes me sweat in seconds using it, even though I can still compress it. Can’t get a pectoral contraction like that with any form of bench press in my experience. This simply isolates the pecs better. It’s like having a pec deck at home.
its cause its springs they work better I gota twister and it dropped fat from my chest in 3 weeks thats the best thing for chest not this but these workers is close
Before I actually watched videos from people knowledgeable about proper technique with the Bullworker, I was using a 10 second isometric hold followed by ten 2 second isotonic holds. Now that I see a 7 second hold is all that's required and that I don't have to hold on my isotonic reps, my workouts will go a at least a little faster.
I just pulled my Bullworker out of tge back of the closet earlier this year. I'm older and more committed than I was when I bought it on 1977. Would reccomend a current model? Thanks.
If it is within your budget for a new one, you will be impressed with the improvements. If not and your unit is still working and you are enjoying it. Give it a go for a while and upgrade when you feel ready.
Thank you for the demonstration, I have some trouble with the last part, holding the cables and contracting, I can only do with one rather than two cables held. Perhaps I need to practice more until I can do this. Or the equipment is stiff due to it being old, I got it secondhand.
Back when I was 15, I stole my father's bullworker that he bought somethings like ~1970. I remember this old fashion book with it with a hairy man totally caricatural from that period. I followed the program and at this age damn, you take muscle faster than ever ! I remember the chock of some friends after summer holidays ahah. Now +15 years after I've my own one and still use it with pleasure just to maintain some form.
Hii bro m from INDIA and i want arms muscles ,shoulders, and chest bullworker exercise pleasee bro help me to get fit and make my body please replyyyy m w8tinng
even tho these workers work the chest good they cant mess with a power twister the twister not when it comes to the contractions but I will say these can do more variety cause the shape of the equipment look at the way he did the 7 sec hold with the big worker thats how twister always does it's good to have both twister and one of these cuts the muscles faster then any weights and bands
The Bullworker certainly does. There is a reason we stand behind with a 90 day money back guarantee. Science only continues to back Bullworker as the years go on!
Can you tell me which spring you use in bullworker classic.. I had a grey one when I bought my bullworker classic its too tough then I bought white spring it's too easy.. Means no fun with white spring hence I wanted to know which spring you use in bullworker classic and is there any option between white and grey spring for bullworker classic..
How many springs did yours come with? If your Bow Classic came with only 1 spring you have the 130 lbs spring. There are 50 and 80 lbs springs. I would recommend them
For the 1st exercise he does, instead of holding it with the hands, could a person hold it with their inner elbows so it's more like a pec deck? Or is that too awkward with this machine?
Every body is different. This person cut down for their lifestyle as they were 10 lbs heavier when exercising for bulk. They preferred more mobility and life performance than bulk.
I had seen and experience bullworker gives you lean body...but strong body...for bulk I always prefer weights and lots of weights ..can't build body with calisthenics or bullworker or bands...you need weights ...you can see this guy got more skinny as he started doing iso flow exercises..combine bullworker and weights
