Here goes, Pixels are basic building blocks of digital images... The more the pixels, the more graphic the image is... So, pixels can make a violent image look more clear and more violent... Just like his pen (he can write violent bars, etc)... He basically compares his pen and pixels... Because both can make an image or a bar more violent... Also, Pen & Pixel is a graphic design firm from 90s. They used to design album covers... So, it's a double entendre bar...
