Very inspirational stuff. It's great to hear how different people got started with film photography and what inspired them to take the leap. One thing I have noticed in myself and my peers though is that most people who make something of themselves don't let adversity affect them in any way shape or form, they persist and push through any barriers and keep going. Thanks for the video.

I made two commitments in 2021: to shoot everyday and to post everyday. I have done that. I have done that and I feel progress being made. In 2016, I said I'd write a book (on gentlemen's tailored clothing) -- and I did! Great video, great story, great inspiration.

I actually did the same thing with my stimulus money since I was still working. I saved up and bought a Hasselblad 500cm, pentax 67 and a Leica M6. Basically I was able to get those cameras with stimulus other money saving. Now I'm saving up for a ipad pro. Invest invest vest.

Great interview! Love Mikes work The mental block and fear are the things that block me and don’t let me share my work! And I’m trying all, books, meditation, everything that give me strength to put a mind set that allows me to be free! Love both channels!

Great interview & I def have been settling for watching videos & being lazy but I’m making a commitment to set aside to time to go out & shoot as well as creative time for planning ideas & reading so, hopefully other shooters do the same

Honesty, I’ve always been so hesitant to get into conceptual photography, but this video made me starting thinking about it more. I want to create some photographs with friends and what they have. Who knows, maybe I’ll even pay them a little to show my appreciation ;)
