I’m not a lawyer nor do I have any extensive knowledge in anything related to such professions. Oftentimes I genuinely don’t know what’s going on when watching some trials and clips, yet I can’t stop watching. And not just Blandino vids. Pretty much this entire channel.

Appreciated Natalie's comments about how you don't just go into law offices. One of the first things I teach budding forensic mental health practitioners is that "It's not your sandbox. Learn the rules and the language and understand that other people are gonna tell you where you can go and when you can go there. Show some respect."

I think Natalie may have missed the point when she said "There's more to life". Blandino has parlayed a simple traffic ticket into a multi-part, multi-year soap opera starring him, and he's even promoting his own reruns at the taxpayer's expense. He's loving every minute, and for him this is living! He's the centre of everyone's attention and he even gets to play dress up, and there's no real downside for him unless he actually gets jailed. It's brilliant!

Two Things Here: 1.So, I'm Johnny-come-lately to Kim Blandino's case. I really wish that had been along for the whole ride. 2. I know a large number of lawyers would spend time watching other gems of court cases since they either had business there anyway or, they were hoping to drum up some business while there. The more famous, the better. Obviously. Well, getting the cases on RU-vid is way better. Because it's always like a front row seat. Thanks for bringing this to the masses, Mike and Natalie!

The most honest thing he said was "I felt entitled" -- this is what happens when we allow religious beliefs to matter in law. Belief in imaginary friends should not affect if you broke the law or not. It's pure entitlement to believe that "my sincerely held religious beliefs" should effect ANYONE else.

I feel like the prosecutors closing arguments could just be clips of Blandinos testimony. Jury we advised you that we would prove A, role clip. We advised we would prove B, role clip and on and on and on. I'm grateful you, Arty and Natalie break this down because just listening to Blandino talk just quite frankly boggles my mind. I've gotten my fair share of tickets and never contested any because I was in the wrong but if I wasn't I'd have to accept the outcome. My highest ticket was $450 I paid it, did traffic school and went on with my life.

Well, not revised ... pregnancy is around 40 weeks. If you count lunar months (28 days/4 weeks), that makes 10 months. If you count calendar months (30 or 31 days) it works out to 9 months plus a week or so. 40 weeks is just a nice round number anyway, it's not even the average or anything scientific. "Normal" pregnancy can be 37-42 weeks. Only 5% of babies are born on their official due date.

Mike, I'm watching this debacle late at night. I've been watching backing it up, watching again. To get the full picture. Say what you will, IMO Blandino is a nut. The jury is going to look at this man as a complete idiot. There is nothing he can do to redeem himself in front of this jury. Bateman is doing his best, but he is trying to save the Titanic with a small spoon. I feel sorry for Bateman. But I have no sympathy for Blandino.

This is even better than I expected it to be. He really did open with his "my personal faith means I couldn't commit a crime" claim but added a bit of anti-abortion politics for good measure. Amazing that they let him go blow by blow over the traffic court video! I don't think this is so damaging for Blandino so-far, the whole thing plays into the quixotic defense. The more he fumbles the ball on the stand the better he looks w.r.t. the charges, it's the ultimate Reverse Uno strategy.

Blandino can't see the forest for the trees. The Bible tells us to "tame our tongues" and do not keep score of wrongs done to us. There is so much in scripture that Kim Dennis Blandino fails to live by. For example, remove that plank from your eye there Kimmie and be "quick to hear and slow to speak.............."

Every piece of this drawn out saga can be tied to the fact that Kimmie the troll’s ego was bruised. Same reason he tried to disqualify a judge, even after the judge sided with him on. TPO, and demanded a full hearing on competence , after a judge found him competent.
