She wasn't trauma bonded. She was a hostage. People thought I could not leave my ex because of love and a deep bond. I couldn't leave because he'd lock me in the basement slash my car tires and had a gun. He knew where my parents lived and would retaliate. The neighbors called the cops several times and I defended him each time so he could avoid jail because I couldn't depend on the official system to keep him there long enough for me to get out. One day I said fuck it, even if he's only there for an hour and bonds out, my things aren't worth my life if my freedom. I went next door to the neighbors and first thing she did was sigh and said was "come inside" and let me use her phone to call my parents and come get me. This was about 3-4 am in the morning after one of his many coke raged abuses. My parents came to get me and it took another year and a half to fully get him to leave me alone. I wanted to file a restraining order but I didn't realize that (duh) the other person is allowed to come to court and defend themselves. I didn't think I could win because he destroyed all evidence of abuse and people who witness it were too scared of him, plus the thought of having to see him made me so ill. What if he slashed my car in the parking lot? What if he brought a gun and plotted to murder me or my parents? Just way too much risk. My parents got a ring camera, we all got protection, and we just tried to move on. He'd send letters to their house and often times I'd see that same strange car just chilling across the street. All that to say, she wasn't traumas bonded, she was terrified

Cardiac arrest is basically when your heart stops. We all basically have cardiac arrest when we pass. It was secondary to pneumonia. Also the EMTs wouldn’t be able to tell it was pneumonia. If she were alive they would diagnose through testing, being deceased it was dx through autopsy. It could have still been foul play involved in the situation tho.
