Kim Wilde's Video Archive - 1984 

Was there a harder working Pop/Rock 🌟 star than Kimberly Smith(Wilde)in the 1980's? I doubt that very,very VERY much as this video (and all of the others) shows is Kim was a outstanding performer and worked really hard by giving performance after performance and interview after interview. Her answers in all her interviews are so "to the point" and concise with no time for any flippant or boring replies. Kim Wilde is/was a OUTSTANDING Pop/Rock chick. Thank you for everything you do Kim.

I remember that appearence in Tommy's 'annual' pop show Dec.'84 W.December.She had done 'The second time"/"Suburbs of Moscow" .I remember my excitement i was overjoyed.

God this is wonderful-and the thing about 1984 is half of the year would be spent on the "Catch" material, as the album had only been released at 1983's near end, so so many clips of a song she inexplicably and dumbly hates ('Dancing In The Dark'), but am most aggravated to see no promo clips of 'House Of Salome', the 3rd single off the album, released in March; instead just 'Dancing In The Dark' clips-all of which are wonderful, some live performances too. Good to know it was still being sung months after its release, not least as she's never done outside this year-which sadly accounts for most of her stuff to be honest! Once recorded, never sung again. God, being a true fan of her's so depressing. And nothing of 'Stay Awhile' either. Aside from this, this archive is so cool. Not least a clip of 'Is It Over' being recorded in the studio! Wow! And then 'Suburbs Of Moscow' briefly at 2 different times. If only she bothered to whore the lovely tracks from "Catch" never made singles in this way. And again when her first compilation advertised at the end (well done for including, you get so much), typical the silly advert didn't advertise 'House Of Salome', 'Stay Awhile', 'Take Me Tonight', 'Ego', 'Bitter Is Better'.
