In my opinion kettlebells make women and men fat likewise. To have some competetive performance with kettlebells you need to have certain degree of anorexia. I was 183 cm/ 65 kg at the age of 16. I did a lot of pull ups daily. Jerked 2 24 at the very least 60 reps. When I quit calithenics I lost all the performance at jerk. And simply jerking kettlebells cannot return my former performance years after

Impressive! How do you keep track of your reps? Watch the recording and count them afterwards?

Lol. Much concentration. Just kidding I could never keep up with that many reps while lifting. I either have someone count for me or I watch video

This is for a separate competition. And is for total weight lifted not based on repetitions. But, I guess if you would like to change my training you can always talk to Arseny. I'm sorry I never got your name?
