Hey Ruth, Have you thought of doing a AMSR type reading sections of your book or having a AMSR specialist do a training video of sections of your book? I know AMSR has helped me with my Focal Dystonia but their trainings I have found are generic relaxation exercises and not connected to Focal Dystonia.

Thank you for this vidéo Ruth, i've been touch by focale dystonia as a guitare player on my left hand, and I tried many different methods whithout reely succès ! I have a question, is your book juste in english ? I'm french !

Bonjour Yvette ou Marie, vous m'aviez demandé y a quelques temps si ma dystonie focale était toujours autant pénible à vivre, c'est en dent de scie niveau du jeu, et vous comment vivez vous ça ?
