Kinemon is the smartest person to ever exist. He is smarter than koji-kun, light yagami, and any other person you can think of. Its not even a competition. He is just too smart.
@@oniplus4545 To utterly befuddle thine enemy, one must first delve into a most profound and tangled maze of self-confusion, such as to rival the very depths of the abyss. Only through such grand and staggering disarray of one's own mind canst thou hope to weave the most cunning of deceptions, confounding thine foe beyond all reckoning." - Sun Tzu
He be like idk what is happening, but I assume we are suppose to not show our cards till the end, then he wins getting the best hand u can get every time
People to avoid in a poker match; Usopp the Liar (or is he?), Buggy the Clown (his charisma is over the roof), and Kin’enmon (who’s luck has been greatly impressed himself).
They would think they outsmarted kinemon so bad that their plan would backfire because their plan includes their opponent to actually be able to think. Kinemon isn’t that lol
The localizer must have been drinking themselves to death trying to figure out how the hell they were gonna translate this scene to make it make sense.
Gotta hand it to Oda with this. He added just 2 lines to the insignia (for lack of a better term) and cane up with 2 interpretations where both are related to Wano's port names (even though only 1 is correct)
now im just imagining a scene if kinemon and usopp make such a big lie that just fools the entire world government into beleiveing something ridiculous
The video shows that the original destination was based on a drawing of a snake, "Pit Viper (Habu) Port (Minato) = Ha bu mi na to/ Habu Minato". Yasuie, the afro daimyo who got executed in front of his daughter, altered the symbol to protect the new location after the old one got leaked. This alteration was two slashes. Kinemon legitimately thought "oh the slashes are legs, let's go to legged snake/ lizard port, Tokage Port. The real symbol meaning was taking out all middle letters of Habu Minato, Ha bu mi na to, Hato, which means Wharf and also a significant location to Yasuie. However Kinemon's confidence he was right confused Kanjuro the spy. Kanjuro forwarded the wrong location to Shogun Orochi, who bombed the bridges around the nation at night and destroyed Tokage Port's ships. However the Samurai had already made way to the Wharf. In summary; Kanjuro's foolishness combined with Orochi's legitimate lack of care for the nation meant they both sabatoged the wrong location and struck too late. Denjiro thinks Kinemon is a genius. Kinemon's overconfidence singlehandedly outed Kanjuro as traitor with the wrong timing and prevented any sabatoge from working other than Momonosuke's kidnapping.
Kinemon thought the message was changed to say “lizard port” and told the spy that it was lizard port (even though it was somewhere else) Kinemon was just overconfident and thought it really was “lizard port”
This thing is similar to buggy impeldown/marineford arc where people thought that the person is the mastermind of the wholeplan while their clearly 🐂 💩
So the original message with the snake symbol meant that they should meet up at the habu port(Habuminato). That info got leaked so Yasuie made two cross lines at snake that means taking out the letters in middle of Habuminato, making hato(wharf). Which meant that they should meet up at the wharf of the habuminato port Kinemon misunderstood this message thinking that Yasuie made a lizard(tokage) and thought that the cross in snake was legs. So kinemon mistakenly told the other people that the new meeting point is tokage port. Denjiro here thought that was in purpose.
