Years ago my Mother in law threw an annual Halloween party. They were fun. Every year she would have a different special event or game. One year she hired an "aura reader" He took like a Polaroid pic of each of us and on most you could see a faint delicate color around the person. Like a rainbow or pale blue etc. Mine had this massive red cloud around me. It looked like a fat bright blood red feather boa around me. My heart and stomach just dropped and I froze when I saw it. I didn't like or enjoy that at all. It really distressed me a lot.

No the artist isn't "an antimonarchist". If you had listened to the artist, he said he started painting the portrait when Charles was the Prince of Wales (red is the most significant colour of Wales). He became Kind half way through him painting it.

That was by no mistake. 🙄 Some artists think far too highly of themselves and they try too hard to be controversial at any cost. It doesn't resonate well with people, especially for a formal portrait.
